Looking into my dog's eyes

‘Protective Rationalization’ or ‘Protective Justification’ are terms I have not thought of in a long time. As human beings we have a knack of being able to rationalize or justify any of our actions no matter how hideous or immoral they may be. As life gets harder and harder here on Mother Earth, through the short sightedness and the fear of many of us, the need for justifications and rationalizations becomes greater and greater. Those in power have to justify their position in order to maintain their power while those not in power rationalize their unwillingness for change out of fear of things becoming worse; or at least they are buying into the fear those in power are generating to keep the rest of us in line. If you don’t believe this go on line and see the size of ‘anti-occupy movement’; and read the hate filled messages sent towards those who believe in a better world for all. Divide and conquer is still a principle tool of those in power and why shouldn’t it be when it works so well. Humanity seems, on certain levels, to be hellbent against change and often we hear laments such as, “I am only one person what can I do against the system” or “there are no honest people in politics and if an honest man or woman tries to get into politics they get steamrollered by the system”.

It is easy to fall prey to negativity when we are constantly bombarded by it through the media in all of its facets. What is not easy is to find our inner voice or guidance system. It is there in each and every one of us just waiting for each of us to take notice of its presence. As we move steadily forward into the 21st century the necessity for us to find, and listen to, our inner voice is becoming increasingly important. Whether you believe you are going to be part of the Ascension or you believe your soul’s journey is still tied to the Third Dimension it is important to discover who you are and what you believe in. This is not as impossible a task as you might first think. Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong are just a sampling of methods to getting in touch with your inner self. Seek out the one(s) that resonate with you and you may be shocked and amazed to discover who you really are beneath the external shell that spends most of its time jumping through the hoops imposed by ‘modern’ society.

I believe it was Einstein who said a person must look at the world around him or herself as if everything is a miracle or nothing is a miracle. We are not encouraged to look too closely at each other let alone at the world around us but when we do take the time to do so we can once again be filled with the wonderment of childhood when everything was an exciting new discovery. Taking the time to reconnect with nature or with an animal can also reawaken that wonder and, just as importantly, allow you to reconnect with your inner voice. For the last decade my inner voice has been growing louder and louder and, though somewhat reluctantly at first, I have begun to listen. As I come back into the forgotten knowledge that we all are truly one, that all life is interconnected, I see miracles all around me. I know without a doubt that each of us and the life we find ourselves in is so much greater than we are led to believe. The moment that truly brought this home for me was not an earth shattering event in any way shape or form. It was simply staring into my dog’s eyes for a few minutes while I scratched his head. During that moment in time I saw how on the surface we were so different and how underneath we were so much the same. In his eyes I recognized the same need to give and receive Love that I felt within. I realized how much I had underestimated not only him and his species but all the other life forms we share the planet with. I knew that the ‘human’ superiority I had felt for so many of my years was as false as a world that condemns multitudes for being different in sex, colour, religion, philosophy or nationality. I realized how little I actually knew. I felt humbled. I began to see again the miracle involved in all life. I even wrote a Haiku about it which I will leave with you as a closing thought:

How little…

The depths within a dog’s eyes
drives home how little
I comprehend miracles

When you are frightened, angry, or unhappy take a step back, look at the situation from a heart-based perspective, and ask yourself what changes do you need to initiate in order to improve things. Do you need to change your attitude? Would admitting you are wrong help? Would a kind or tender word make a difference? Would simply slowing down and becoming aware of the ‘bigger picture’ help? Often the solutions we seek are nowhere near as complex as we imagine them to be. They are simply a matter of remembering who we are, of Being who we are.

Ascension is Hell to the Ego

What if the concept of Hell came from something  spiritual and beautiful that was distorted by ego in the bipolar realm known as the Third Dimension? The concept of Hell is only an issue if you fear death, and since your soul is eternal, then the fear of death is solely an ego fear. When you stop experiencing the world in your left brain and move your awareness into your heart, it can feel like a small death to your ego. If you live in your heart long enough, something beautiful happens: you activate your MerKaBa, or spirit lightbody. The MerKaBa is capable of many miraculous things, but is probably best known as an ascension vehicle. Ascension means you halt the birth-death cycle in favour of eternal consciousness, and it gives you the means to leave this realm. That can scare the ego because this is its home. In fact, from the ego’s perspective, ascension IS death. Your heart and soul know the beautiful truth, but your ego is terrified. It’s not surprising then that the ego would perceive the ascension vehicle with suspicion and fear.

Your MerKaBa is on Fire!

When God created this universe, God did so by creating a pattern called the Flower of Life. This sacred geometric form provided the spiritual blueprint for all manner of life. Within this pattern of overlapping circles, lie the Platonic Solids which are the building blocks for life on Earth as found in Archangel Metatron’s Cube. They are: the tetrahedron (fire); the hexahedron or the cube (earth); the octahedron (air); the dodecahedron (ether), and the icosahedron (water). Interestingly, your ascension vehicle, or MerKaBa, is structured on the tetrahedron, or a star tetrahedron to be more exact. The MerKaBa is formed by three overlapping star tetrahedrons, two of which counter-rotate and the center one stays stationary. When the MerKaBa is activates, the spin creates a huge electromagnetic energy field around the human body that is filled with blindingly bright and active light. Since the tetrahedron is also the pattern for fire, your ego may perceive the ascension vehicle and process as something dangerous and painful. In fact, your ego may well think you are on fire, and since your MerKaBa is the vehicle for eternal awareness, then it would appear that you would be burning brightly in a fire for all eternity. One can see the parallels with the concept of Hell.

The Heart Knows Better

If this is correct, then would it not stand to reason that there is no Hell aside from whatever Hell we (inadvertently) create? After all, we are magical manifestors who have simply forgotten our true divinity; and, while we are capable of unconsciously using our beautiful manifestation powers to manifest our deepest, darkest fears, we really shouldn’t worry. This ascension business is old hat to our souls. No matter how many or few lives you’ve experienced on an earthly plane, your soul is eternal, ergo it is amazingly wise. On a spiritual level you know exactly what you’re doing. Trust in your higher self to guide you on your path, and don’t give too much credence to your ego and its many fears. Listen to the part of you that has quiet assuredness. Your heart is the link to your soul and to All That Is. Learn to quiet your mind by seeking the wisdom of your heart and you simply cannot go wrong!

Overcoming your Fears

For those of you who are afraid of this change, fear not. This week I spoke with Mother Earth and she assured me that she would see to it that ALL her children were safely transported to the next level of consciousness. She was excited at this prospect for it represented a change in the standard evolutionary pattern. Mother Earth herself is ascending, so she will transport all manner of life to the next level.

You need not be concerned about losing your loved ones and pets during the shift. Mother Earth loves all life so much, and she wants to take each of you to the next level, an exquisitely beautiful and extraordinarily joyful place.

As for those of you with (recent) star origins, you need not worry about losing your extraterrestrial friends and family either, for the entire universe is ascending! We are all One in spirit and we will soon realize that once we get to the next level. Again, humanity has no idea of its significance in this universal transformation. For whatever reason, we have been chosen to lead this ascension.

If your fear stems from the unknown, all you need do is learn to live in your heart. Within the heart is a secret and sacred space that connects you to all life everywhere. That connection is Love, and Love is God. Love is real whereas fear is an illusion. Connect with your God Center and you will not fear this process; you will, instead, embrace it with all your heart.

Now the ego, again in its quest to protect us, (and you have to love and forgive its exuberance) would have us believe that death is something to be feared. Death can be feared for a number of reasons. To the ego, death appears to be our ultimate end. Certainly, we are here and then, one day, we are not, leaving our physical remains to become dust in the wind. And, even if our ego believes that we have a soul that will live on after death, it fears the notion of being judged after death. Being the imperfect creatures we are we can expect to be punished for all eternity for these imperfections. So, from the ego’s point of view, we face either obliteration or eternal damnation.

Plain and simple, we are all in the same boat. The next time you think you have nothing in common with the person up the street, in the next town or in a country half way around the world, remember each of us shares this same fate. We cannot escape it. The fear it causes within can be debilitating, but we can learn to live with it. We can recognize it as a common thread of humanity which binds us together. Aside from the struggle to earn our daily bread, we are truly motivated by our desire to love and to be loved. This takes up a lot of our energy and, when things do not work out according to the plan we have in our heads, we do not always react well. The driver who honks, shouts or waves his fist at you, or the surly clerk at the mall, is probably just venting his frustration over the fact that love is not flowing freely in his world at the moment. Do not judge him or take his actions personally. Have compassion for him instead. Remember, everyone is dealing with, and reacting to, the same fear that plagues you too.

When you go out into the world, fill your heart with love and compassion, and then project this loving flow of energy from your heart outwards to everyone you meet. Make this a regular habit, not just for strangers but for family and friends also. Then, watch how your daily life is transformed for the better.

I’m sure that last bit has made some of you pause, but this is where my “Eureka!’” moment arose. While comforting my six year old self (actually I think I was only four, but that is neither here nor there) he told me he was afraid of being left behind when I died. He believed my soul would return to the Other Side but he would not as he was responsible for all the bad things that ever happened to me here on Earth. He believed he would either cease to exist or, even worse, ending up somewhere more terrible than he wanted to imagine. I told him that was not true and explained that he was not just a part of the human half of me, but also part of my soul. Those words caught me off guard, as you can well imagine, for I have often written about the ‘evils’ of ego and how it has to be kept in check at all times. I’ve lamented how the ego has become overindulged and malignant and how we cannot afford to let our guard down for fear it shall run amok yet again. Then I heard myself telling my little six year old self that it had the unenviable job of trying to look after my human half on Earth while having its direct connection to Spirit being severed so that my soul could experience, learn and grow here in the third dimension. To ask my ego to do that for me, and then for me not take it back to the Other Side with me, seemed too cruel a fate for words. The same reasoning could be applied to the rest of my life here on Earth. As I proceed on my spiritual path, my ego can relax and trust my soul to take over and lead us into love and light.

This endeavour may seem too simple to you, but its merits are plentiful. Firstly, you may gain real insight into why you act the way you do. Knowing what makes us tick gives us a big advantage in dealing with all of life’s twists and turns. Secondly, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. If you want to learn more about yourself you can go to therapy or use the Sherlock Holmes method of ferreting out all the clues as to why you are the way you are, but if you are anything like me you may be a wee bit stubborn for either of those methods. If, on the other hand, you use love and forgiveness as your motivation instead of judgment, what your ego will tell you is nothing short of amazing. You and your ego have been judged from the moment you became self-aware. Not all judgments are negative but they, as do positive judgments, come from external sources; external sources which do not see what makes you tick. Even when they come from loved ones they exert an influence over you by telling who you are or who you should be. Having no judgments when you are talking with yourself is very freeing and empowering as it allows your ego and soul to become reacquainted.

Another benefit of learning to love yourself this way is the ability it cultivates within you to love others. You come to realize whether we are all motivated by the same thing: a very young frightened ego that just wants to be loved, hence the expression: “love the sinner, hate the sin”. Yes, some people act badly, some deplorably, some so much so that you can see no way to love them, but it is made possible by learning to see what makes you tick. Forgiving yourself for being human and loving yourself can plant the seed of compassion in your heart, a seed nourished by love and forgiveness which can grow to unite us all on our spiritual paths.

Perception: The ego fears being cut off from Source. It feels frightened, vulnerable, powerless, rejected and thoroughly unloved. The ego’s response to this pronounced sense of inferiority is to judge others and to compare its lot in life with theirs. It wants to be sure that it isn’t alone in this ‘cruel’ world so it monitors everyone around it with a wary and suspicious eye. During this process, the ego invariably perceives inequality due to the diversity of life paths. These differences mean there will always be perks and privileges enjoyed by some but not by all. While the soul understands and appreciates the learning opportunities inherent in diversity, the ego finds these differences galling, and so it responds with self-pity and even rage at the perceived injustices and lack of fairness in this world. In other cases, the ego finds itself superiour to others, and so it puffs up with self-aggrandizement as it simultaneously looks down on others. This pomposity helps the ego compensate for its perceived shortcomings and helps to soothe its rampant fear of lack.

Reality: The ego’s reactions are based on a faulty illusion of lack and inequality. There is no separation or lack in the world. We could never detach from Source for we are all expressions of Source energy, and Source is infinite. No matter how diverse or separate we appear, we all carry the Divine spark of creation within us, and that energy is, and always will be, one perfect harmonious energy field. The concept of separateness therefore is merely an illusion generated by the ego.

Solution: Try viewing your ego as an irate, irrational and frightened child. When it feels uncomfortable, it throws tantrums and sulks in a corner. The ego is self-centered to the extreme. The trick is not to allow your willful and petulant inner child self (a.k.a. the shadow self) to make your decisions for you. Instead, you must take control of the situation as any responsible parent would, and tell your ego-child that you are in charge. To do this, ask all aspects of your being (mind, body, soul) to encompass your ego and carry it through the ascension process. Continue this visualization until you see your ego shrink down to the size and appearance of an infant, then envision your soul embracing your ego lovingly like a parent would hold a newborn. Your ego fears and all their off-shoots will calm down dramatically because you are giving your ego what it truly wants: love.

Time and Death

Perception: When we think of ego fears, we often overlook the number one cause of stress today: time, or rather a lack thereof. To the ego, this life is all that exists. It is therefore acutely aware of the passing minutes, months and years of our life on Earth. The ego is cognizant only of the human condition. It believes the eternal soul is but a figment of an overactive imagination. It hears talk of immortality and replies with cynicism. The ego is certain it has a fixed number of years to live before complete annihilation. Given that limited perspective, it’s no wonder the ego fears a lack of time and death!

Reality: In reality, the concept of time is an artificial construct of the human mind. According to the angels, the real reason we use time is to measure the space between desire and fulfillment. In the upper realms, we manifest our needs instantly, so that is why time does not exist outside this dimension. As we ascend, we will be able to shed the stress associated with time by reclaiming our inherent manifestation abilities. In regards to the ego’s fear of death, we have nothing to fear for the soul is eternal. We never die; we merely shapeshift. The ego doesn’t die with our physical body; instead, it shapeshifts with us.

Solution: To break the hold that time has over you, stop wearing a watch. You will quickly come to discover that your internal ‘clock’ is very accurate and reliable and it is free of fear. Also, stop counting birthdays. Certainly enjoy your special day but don’t obsess about the number of candles on your cake. Age truly is a state of mind. If you feel old, you are. If on the other hand, you remain active and interested in life, you can turn back the hands of time. Finally, don’t worry about death. Don’t even think about when you might leave the Earthly plane. That means letting go of the preconceived notion of life expectancy. The angels assure me that we do not need to age or die; we simply choose to do so because we need to go Home for a rest. The world as it is today is very stressful, but that will change after the Ascension. We will be able to stay in this realm as long as we wish without feeling overburdened by the stress and weightiness of our current circumstances. Death as we know it will cease to exist. When we wish to leave, we will simply convert our physical energy into non-corporeal energy, and will ascend through the upper layers of consciousness.

Ascension

Perception: The ego fears ascension for the same reason as it fears death: it thinks it will disappear.

Reality: The angels say the ego is a gift from Source that allows us to experience uniqueness. Upon return Home, we do not lose that uniqueness for our experiences and our life lessons remain. We are all unique aspects of the Creator. Once Home, our energies co-mingle as we rejoin the oneness of spirit. But we do not lose our unique imprint.

Solution: To help your ego understand, think of an assembly of one million people. If you were to take a photograph of that assembly from a satellite, the group would appear to be one giant mass. Within that impressively large mass there is a proliferation of uniqueness. It may look like one unit, but it is instead a mass of one million unique souls, all standing shoulder-to-shoulder, with no visible division between souls. So, in other words, the higher the perspective, the less space divides us. We are, essentially, one; and yet, within that one, we are also unique. That uniqueness is preserved through the retention of our life experiences. In this way, the ego never dies. It merely loses its number one fear: separation.

So what is karma, exactly?

Karma refers to the education of the soul. Earth is essentially a learning laboratory. We come here to experience diversity, challenges, and obstacles, all of which are designed to help us expand All That Is. We originate from a state of perfection where nothing changes – after all, how does one improve on perfection? – and expand our consciousness into lower realms where perfection has not yet been achieved so that we can experience growth and change. During this process, we encounter many other souls who are similarly expanding reality through their experiences. The conflicts that we experience come from our interaction with others. During said conflicts, we make choices and we observe the consequences. Sometimes those lessons take longer to unfold and so that learning opportunity is logged away for future reference. There comes a point, whether here on Earth or on the Other Side, that we experience the full breadth of those logged lessons. If one is unable to see the results of his actions while still here in the physical dimension, he will simulate the experience on the Other Side during his life review. If that process reveals an important lesson missed, he may choose to come back to Earth in a subsequent incarnation in order to learn the lesson. Even with time off in between incarnation for healing and reflection, our Earthly baggage tends to get heavier with each incarnation. This is why we need to periodically practice karmic release.

How then do we release karma?

1) Set your intention –

As with anything you desire in life, you must first intend it to happen. Intention is the act of wishing something into existence. So, you must first intend that karmic clearing or releasing take place.

2) Ask your angels for help –

To do this, simply say, “Angels of karma, I would like to release everything that does not serve my highest purpose. Please help me to clear my karma, while retaining the lessons learned, in all timelines.” Be open to whatever ensues and follow your instincts. Your angels will guide you through this process.

3) Moderate the process (as needed) –

As issues crop up, whether they stem from this lifetime or previous ones, trust that you are safe and protected. If you feel panicky, request that your angels slow down the process of karmic release. You set the pace. It’s helpful to remember that you accumulated this karma over the course of many lifetimes, so you’re not going to be able to release it all at once.

4) Release the pain and fear –

Many of your karmic lessons were gained through unpleasant situations so you may be faced with unpleasant emotions. These need to be released before you can extract the lessons contained within. Ask Archangel Michael to clear your energy field and to cut your cords in all directions of time, and then envision yourself handing the bundle of toxic emotions up to him for safekeeping.

5) Find the lesson -

The issues that bubble to the surface may feel familiar or alien, depending on how recently or distantly you encountered them. In any event, they all contain important lessons for your soul. Ask yourself, no matter how odd the issue may seem to you, “What is the lesson I need to learn in order to release this issue?”, then trust the information that comes to you whether by inspired ideas, feelings, sounds or sights.

6) Own the lesson -

Ask your angels to help you incorporate the lessons retrieved into your present life. As you release the fear and blockages surrounding this issue, you effectively heal that issue in all timelines. You also profit from the knowledge accrued in previous incarnations, and you my even bring latent talents or interests to the surface.

7) Repeat (as necessary) –

Obviously you’re not going to release in one session every karmic issue that you’ve accrued. This is a process that needs to be repeated regularly until you feel lighter and freer than air. This process will enable you to effectively leave behind the polarity of the third dimension and ascend to the higher, heart-based states of consciousness, so it’s well worth the effort.

Seeing Spirits

It may or may not be comforting to know that you are never alone. You always have guardian angels and spirit guides watching over you. Additionally, archangels will swoop in from time to time to help you resolve issues, and deceased loved ones will come to visit especially whenever there is a large family gathering. The ascension process heightens our psychic awareness making us aware of these other-dimensional beings. This is at once a blessing and a curse, depending on how you look at it.

Some of you are frightened by the prospect of seeing spirits, and I share that fear. Having spirits drop in unannounced is disconcerting at best. That is why I prefer to work with angels. Their presence does not frighten; in fact, they calm me down and fill my home with love and peace. Their gentle presence is dramatically different than Earth-bound spirits, for example. These folks have left their physical bodies but have not returned Home for healing and recuperation. They are, essentially, trapped by their own choosing in the negativity of their ego. (No one is ever turned away from the Light. We come from love, we are love and we will all eventually return home to the omnipresent love of All That Is.) When these Earth-bound spirits come around, you can feel it. They bring fear, anger and pain with them.

If you are aware of these unwanted visitors, ask Archangel Michael to escort them from your space and to see if they are ready to go Home. You can also ask them if they know that they are deceased. (Surprisingly, some don’t.) Tell them that their loved ones are waiting for them on the Other Side, and that they are loved no matter what they did in this lifetime on Earth. Urge them to go to the Light. If they still won’t leave, visualize your home filled with God’s white-gold light, and see it pouring into you and your family members and pets. Keep reminding yourself that you are a child of God and that you are completely protected. Chances are these spirits will not hang around. They prefer the darkness whereas your fear is an invitation for them to stay. In other cases, they want you to help them. I used to have a portal in my basement where spirits came and went all the time. I noticed the activity increased whenever I watched ghost shows like Most Haunted, so I promptly stopped. I then asked the angels to seal the portal and to tell these beings that I was not able to help them. I apologized to them, and then I stopped ‘taking their calls’, so to speak.

Feeling Blocked / Psychic Attacks

This one isn’t meant to scare you, but I need to address it as many of my Lightworker friends and myself have been targeted recently. I will share with you my experience so that you can see what might happen, coupled with how to protect yourself.

Several weeks ago, I attended a lightworkers circle. While I was mediating, a being disguised as angel swooped down and grabbed me by the wrist and yanked me up through a spiraling white wormhole into a veritable Paradise, and then out the other side. While passing through Eden, I wanted to cry because it was so beautiful. What I didn’t understand was why the ‘angel’ wouldn’t let me stay. He yanked me through this level of consciousness into black space. That’s what alerted me to the fact that he was not an angel at all. I stopped and asked to see his face. That’s when I noticed a second being with him. I couldn’t focus on either of them, so I asked them to come closer. The one who had grabbed me was a man with long white hair and a matching beard. He looked like a shepherd. The second was a woman with a very pointy chin. It was her chin that alarmed me. I could see angels or spirit guides looking like a shepherd, but not having a scary-looking facial feature. They tried to convince me they were angels by spreading their wings. The wings looked huge like a magnified version of a swan’s wings, but when they spread them, they looked menacing. I felt this was meant to intimidate me. I asked them who they were and what they wanted with me, and they replied with great urgency, “You have to come with us! We need you on our planet! COME!” I became alarmed and started calling for Archangel Michael. A large blue ‘angel’ appeared who I thought was Michael, but who turned out to be yet another impostor. This really alarmed me. I started mentally yelling for Michael to help me. That’s when Michael showed up. He was huge in comparison with them, and he came peacefully, not in the showy, frantic manner that they had. He just stood beside me quietly like massive statue, and they immediately disappeared. I knew it was the real Michael and not his doppelganger because he was so still. I asked him for protection, and he invited me to link with him by grasping each others’ wrists and pulling away from each other. We began to spin and in doing so we created a large blue vortex. He said I was safe within that vortex because it contained his energy. I traveled through that vortex back to the light circle.

Several members of my Lightworker circle have been blocked by these beings. The hosts of the circle very nearly cancelled it altogether because of the negativity and fear that threatened to overwhelm them. The good news is, they broke through it, as did I, and we are all feeling happier now. I asked the angels why we were targeted by these beings and they told me that Earth’s ascension is affecting every being in the universe. Our elevation from the third to the fifth dimension of consciousness is altering life everywhere. That means we are being watched, helped and sometimes hindered by beings from other planets. The overwhelming majority of starpeople are friendly and very advanced. These beings are facilitating our ascension. The ones who are trying to hinder us are not as advanced and so are more uncertain about the idea of ascension.

My advice to you is not to be afraid. Call on Archangel Michael to vacuum away all the fear and negativity from you, your family, your pets, your home, your possessions, your workplace, and so forth. Ask him to cut your cords of fear, as well. Then, envision yourself inside a rose-coloured, heart-shaped bubble of pure love. These beings who are interfering with your ascension are frightened, and so the best remedy is to send them pure love.

Change of Life’s Purpose

If you were not aware of your life purpose prior to the awakening and start of your ascension, you soon will be. For those of you who have been on the path for a while, you may discover that your mission has shifted. Either way, this is going to change the very focus of your life. Things that once held your attention may now bore you. The job that you once loved may soon feel meaningless. Your soul is now in the driver’s seat and it is making the decisions for you.

In my case, I thought giving angels readings was my life’s purpose. Turns out, that no longer applies. Recently, the Goddess told me that I was now a ‘guiding star’. At that point in my ascension, I had arrived at the 8th dimension and was connecting to the golden energy of the Christ Consciousness. (Since then, I have been seeing a blank slate and hearing ‘10’, but I have yet to discover the meaning.) I kept hearing ‘merkaba’ and seeing a 3-D six-sided rotating star. I also heard that I was being guided by Lord Melchizedek. I have since researched these terms and was delighted to discover they made perfect sense! Merkaba means ‘light spirit body’. It is a vehicle for ascension and can be activated using sacred geometry. Melchizedek, I discovered, is the ascended master in charge of the ascension. He is helping to create Heaven on Earth.

So, if you receive a message, don’t discount it even if the words sound made-up. Also, don’t be frustrated if you don’t readily understand your new purpose. It took me several weeks to understand the guiding star reference. I now know that I am to guide people through the various states of consciousness in order to accelerate and facilitate their ascension. I wasn’t sure how this would occur, but the angels answered that question too by simply changing the content and focus of my angel readings away from the typical fare to the more esoteric topic of ascension.

A Desire to Go Home

If you have been experiencing a desire to return Home that is not born out of a mental health issues, you may be relieved to discover that this is not a suicidal tendency. Archangel Michael explained to me that it is a pronounced desire to ascend. Those who have been awakened know that they are supposed to leave the 3rd dimension and move upward, but they don’t know how to achieve this. Thankfully, the path of ascension is finally being shown to us. We can move up through the states of consciousness to be closer to the God mind without dying. As we achieve this, it will forever alter the collective human consciousness. Life as we know it will never be the same. That in itself is a type of death, but not one to be feared. Just look at the state of the world today and you will know that any change which brings us closer to God’s perfect love is a good thing indeed.

Dizziness and Headaches

During the ascension process, the crown chakra expands thereby stimulating the pineal gland, a small gland in the brain that controls higher vibrational light intake via the third eye chakra. Prior to ascension, the pineal gland is relatively inactive. Once fully ascended, the pineal gland remains open and active. The process of activating the pineal can cause headaches (cluster headaches and migraines) which can cause dizziness and vertigo.

I experience lightheadedness and headaches quite often, so when the dizziness and migraine headaches induced by the ascension process kicked in, I was shocked by the intensity. The most intense experiences occurred this week after I received the S.A.C. (Spiritual Alignment Connection), a healing process that facilitates the ascension process by aligning the meridians in the body and helping to reconnect all 12 strands of DNA. I became so focused on my third eye chakra that I got caught up in its vortex of energy. The centrifugal force made me feel nauseated and weak. Through a grounding process, I was able to bring myself back into my body and the spinning stopped. If you feel lightheaded or nauseated, you too may be expanding your psychic awareness or connecting with your soul’s vortex energy. The best solution is to breathe deeply while envisioning roots attaching your feet to the heart of Mother Earth.

The S.A.C. also heightened my light sensitivity by increasing activity in my pineal gland. I experienced three ocular migraines in one week, all of which were induced by sunlight. I have also been seeing more ‘ghostly’ images than usual. If you experience similar symptoms, my advice to you is to keep your blinds drawn, maintain a consistent by indirect lighting in a room, and always wear sunglasses if you’re outside. You can also ask the angels to turn down the frequency until you adjust to the new light sensitivity.

I am very happy and relieved to report that I am feeling much cheerier, and am back to my usual optimistic self, even if I don’t have the energy to fully express my joy. I know many of you feel the same way. The fluctuating energies of ascension can be exhausting! Despite being able to shake the utter blackness that enveloped me in November, perhaps understandably I’ve lost much of my capacity to cope with stress; but, instead of looking at my diminished tolerance for stress as a curse, I see it as the gift it is. I am finally honouring my emotions instead of fighting them. As for my feelings of lethargy, I am embracing them too. This pervasive fatigue has been with me since mid-December, and while I feel as though I slept-walked my way through the holidays, I really did have a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s.

The good news is we are in an anchoring phase. That means the roller coaster of emotions ride is coming to a halt. Aside from the fatigue, I’m finding this new energy to be very ‘centering’. It’s allowing me to reconnect with my higher self, the part of me that knows what is best for me, and that part is saying: “Follow your body’s signals. Sleep when you are tired, eat when you’re hungry, and say no to commitments that drain you.” That is truly the best advice the angels and I can pass along to you right now. Just go with the flow. Follow your inner wisdom, for no one knows better than you what is in your highest interest. Enjoy this reflective period. Give yourself the time and space to reconnect with your soul’s energy. Find your personal path and follow it unapologetically.

My angelic guides tell me that next month a huge wave of love will blanket the planet. This new energy will arrive on Valentine’s Day (how apropos!), carrying our consciousness into the 5th Dimension. This loving energy will help our energy to take root in the heart chakra. We will, in effect, be phasing out our first three chakras (roots, sacral and solar plexus). These are the energy centers in us that emphasize separation. Our root is about our survival, the sacral deals with our emotions, and the solar plexus is our perception of self along with our intellect. As we leave those energies behind in the 3-D realm, we gain a greater sense of oneness with All That Is.

Light vs. Dark

Even though everything is starting to settle down, I know many of you are still wading through the heavier energies of the previous months. Since we all progress at our own rate towards our own unique destination, this variance in ascension levels is completely normal. I don’t wish to leave anyone behind so I am going to talk a bit about the heavier, chaotic energies that are affecting many of you now.

As much as I prefer to be a resolute Pollyanna, all the sunshine in the universe cannot mask the fact that there are those who create darkness on our beautiful planet. We live in the world of form, after all. This 3-D existence allows for co-existing light and dark energies. To give you an example of coexisting dark and light energies, many Lightworkers are struggling with debt, doubt, and fear. There is a pervasive blackness that refuses to budge despite our best efforts to emit light and love. All seems well on the surface. To many, it would appear that our lives are happy and fulfilled. Why then does it sometimes feel as though a dark and fearsome menace lurks in the shadows like a rabid wolf, waiting to pounce? The answer lies in the shifting focus of our collective energies.

Our energy spins like a vortex. As the Earth’s vibrational speed increases, the lower energies are being thrown off. Anything that is dark and heavy belongs in the 3-D realm. It simply cannot exist in the 4th and 5th dimensions of light. That darkness contains the sum total of human fears. I see what looks like black marble-sized balls of negativity ricocheting off everything and everyone. When Lightworkers get hit by these balls of negativity, we’re thrown for a loop. If we get hit by multiple balls at once, then we feel like we’re under attack. Add to that, many people struggle to preserve the status quo. They worked hard to achieve their successes in life and thus are not willing to allow for a shift in energy lest they lose their power. Some may go so far to as to use their energy / thoughts like weapons. These psychic attacks can feel very unpleasant when they occur. You may be experiencing the fall-out of this heavier energy if you notice the following symptoms:

• Intense, blinding pain that erupts quickly and without any apparent cause (i.e. lower back pain, headaches)
• Rapidly cycling feelings of depression, despair, anxiety, anger and apathy, all without any real cause.
• Suicidal thoughts and an intense longing to return Home.

These symptoms erupt seemingly without cause, and disappear just as mysteriously, lasting roughly 48 hours. Instead of being fearful, there are two sure-fire ways to replace the negativity with light:

1) Ask for help: The negativity that envelops you will try to black out communication with your spirit. If you are like me, then you may find that you cannot hear or see your angelic guides during an attack. If this happens to you, it is vitally important that you do not isolate yourself but instead reach out to ‘light-minded’ friends and family members who can help put things into perspective for you. Remember, the feelings that you experience are not your own. They are like a virus that invades your psyche. Instead of panicking, simply think of the negative onslaught as you would a bad flu. Take care of yourself and let others care for you too. Together, we lightworkers will get through this.

2) Don’t fight it: Love it instead! I made the mistake of trying to shield myself with defenses. That only intensified the pain. That is because you cannot fight something without making it stronger. Where your attention goes grows. A better approach is to surround yourself with the energy of light and love. Envision yourself inside a rose-coloured bubble of pure, spiritual love. See it filled with a bubbly energy, much like pink champagne. The bubbles are golden and the energy is very frothy and light. Nothing can permeate that love but love itself. As you think about and feel love, you create and attract more love. Envision your family, your home, your possession and your workplace in beautiful pink bubbles of love. Know that love is truly the best protection because it brings your energy into perfect alignment with Source. That in turn attracts to you everything that you desire. Your needs are perfectly met at all times.

3) Think Positively: No matter how many images of despair bombard you in the course of a day remember that love is the perfect answer to every woe. Do not dwell on the negative. Others may try to polarize us, but they cannot succeed if we all stay true to our spirit. The epic battle between good and evil is as old as time. Fortunately, we have a golden opportunity to avoid a full-out battle this time. Instead of fighting the dark forces, we simply need to awaken enough lightworkers to elevate the level of consciousness on our planet from a fear based, bi-polar realm to a heart-based, enlightened one. The true battle is one of enlightenment. Return to your source. Follow your heart. Be happy. Love freely. Be true to yourself. Stay in the light!
