Looking into my dog's eyes

‘Protective Rationalization’ or ‘Protective Justification’ are terms I have not thought of in a long time. As human beings we have a knack of being able to rationalize or justify any of our actions no matter how hideous or immoral they may be. As life gets harder and harder here on Mother Earth, through the short sightedness and the fear of many of us, the need for justifications and rationalizations becomes greater and greater. Those in power have to justify their position in order to maintain their power while those not in power rationalize their unwillingness for change out of fear of things becoming worse; or at least they are buying into the fear those in power are generating to keep the rest of us in line. If you don’t believe this go on line and see the size of ‘anti-occupy movement’; and read the hate filled messages sent towards those who believe in a better world for all. Divide and conquer is still a principle tool of those in power and why shouldn’t it be when it works so well. Humanity seems, on certain levels, to be hellbent against change and often we hear laments such as, “I am only one person what can I do against the system” or “there are no honest people in politics and if an honest man or woman tries to get into politics they get steamrollered by the system”.

It is easy to fall prey to negativity when we are constantly bombarded by it through the media in all of its facets. What is not easy is to find our inner voice or guidance system. It is there in each and every one of us just waiting for each of us to take notice of its presence. As we move steadily forward into the 21st century the necessity for us to find, and listen to, our inner voice is becoming increasingly important. Whether you believe you are going to be part of the Ascension or you believe your soul’s journey is still tied to the Third Dimension it is important to discover who you are and what you believe in. This is not as impossible a task as you might first think. Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong are just a sampling of methods to getting in touch with your inner self. Seek out the one(s) that resonate with you and you may be shocked and amazed to discover who you really are beneath the external shell that spends most of its time jumping through the hoops imposed by ‘modern’ society.

I believe it was Einstein who said a person must look at the world around him or herself as if everything is a miracle or nothing is a miracle. We are not encouraged to look too closely at each other let alone at the world around us but when we do take the time to do so we can once again be filled with the wonderment of childhood when everything was an exciting new discovery. Taking the time to reconnect with nature or with an animal can also reawaken that wonder and, just as importantly, allow you to reconnect with your inner voice. For the last decade my inner voice has been growing louder and louder and, though somewhat reluctantly at first, I have begun to listen. As I come back into the forgotten knowledge that we all are truly one, that all life is interconnected, I see miracles all around me. I know without a doubt that each of us and the life we find ourselves in is so much greater than we are led to believe. The moment that truly brought this home for me was not an earth shattering event in any way shape or form. It was simply staring into my dog’s eyes for a few minutes while I scratched his head. During that moment in time I saw how on the surface we were so different and how underneath we were so much the same. In his eyes I recognized the same need to give and receive Love that I felt within. I realized how much I had underestimated not only him and his species but all the other life forms we share the planet with. I knew that the ‘human’ superiority I had felt for so many of my years was as false as a world that condemns multitudes for being different in sex, colour, religion, philosophy or nationality. I realized how little I actually knew. I felt humbled. I began to see again the miracle involved in all life. I even wrote a Haiku about it which I will leave with you as a closing thought:

Archangel Michael and the Ascension

As a preview for my upcoming talk called “Archangels & Ascension: Q&A Session with Kim and the Angels”, scheduled for April 14^th, I sat down with Archangel Michael today and channeled his wisdom regarding the latest ascension symptoms. Here is the information he shared:

Kim: “I’ve been experiencing vertigo all week. It was the most intense round of vertigo yet. At times, I felt like I was on board a tiny ship during a fierce gale. My brain seemed to be sloshing from side-to-side with a degree of vigor that might have scared me had I not realized it was ascension-related. Other times, I felt I was inside a tornado, and I was being hurled around at lightning speed. I also sensed I was being pulled higher. Why are so many of us experiencing vertigo and what can be done about it?”

Archangel Michael: “Greetings, Kim! I’m going to start with your second question. What can be done about the vertigo, you ask? Nothing, really. (*Chuckling*) The best advice I have for you is to go with the flow. Don’t resist the momentum. When you are in a state of compete acceptance, the unpleasantness disappears. A sensation that is not judged to be negative or positive is merely that: a sensation. Only resistance makes it unpleasant. That is what causes nausea and the other undesirable side-effects.”

“Your second question is a bit harder to explain, so I will employ an analogy. Think of a deep sea diver. The deeper into the ocean he plunges, the higher the pressure on his ear drums. He must descend gradually in order to avoid injury. Earth’s atmosphere is thick and heavy like the weight of the ocean. When you come to Earth, you must acclimate to her density by descending gradually. If you did not, the pressure would be unbearable. Now think of it in the reverse. Resurfacing or ascending requires a gradual acclimation to the depressurization. Your Earth is ascending to a higher level, and so with each step of the ascent you must equalize or balance your ear drum pressure. When a stage of the ascent occurs quickly, you experience vertigo. Not resisting the higher frequency energy will help you to balance the air pressure in your ears and sinuses.”

“This explains why you are feeling off-balance and queasy. It also explains the side-to-side motion. The spinning that you described is related to something else. Your inner ear registers motion. The decreased atmospheric pressure allows for greater range of motion detection. In other words, you are becoming more sensitive to movement. The energy of ascension often forms spirals or vortices, and you are now much more aware of these tornado-like eddies of energy. This is perfectly natural.”

Kim: “Thank you Michael! I’m also wondering why I’ve been so exhausted of late. No matter how long or soundly I sleep, I still feel tired and washed out. Also, I feel achy and stiff in the joints, almost as though I have a low-grade flu. (Delete, undo!) My head also hurts and I frequently experience intense pressure and sensitivity to noise. What is going on at night?”

Archangel Michael: “The body is hard at work while you are sleeping. You are undergoing a complete biological metamorphosis. Your body is being reshaped and redesigned, down to the smallest particle. Your molecular structure is changing. It is becoming exponentially more harmonious. Many describe this new structure as crystalline due to its distinct similarities to the molecular structure of crystals. This molecular restructuration is altering your cells. Every part of you is becoming more orderly and cohesive. New patterns are being formed. Added to this, your DNA is being restrung and new chromosomes are being added where necessary, much like one would repair broken strands of pearls. These minute changes are affecting the larger portions of your being. Take your scull for instance. It is being reformed in order to allow for an expanded cranial capacity. The brain mass will increase by 22% once your body crosses into the fifth realm. Further, there will be increased utilization of currently neglected regions of the brain, so the shape and size of the new scull must accommodate for the heat generated by the brain’s increased size and activity level.”

“Once you pass the Nexus Point* you will receive the final jolt of transformational energy and genetic coding necessary to complete your metamorphosis into a new, and upgraded, species of human. The preparation for that final stage is occurring now. For those whose ascension is delayed by (their) choice, they will receive the final wave of energy immediately prior to their ascent.”

“All these changes and many more are occurring at night, so your fatigue is understandable. Give yourself permission to sleep as much as you can. The work that your body is doing when you are asleep far exceeds the importance of your waking tasks. Once you complete this phase, you will experience a period of insomnia because your body will be so well rested from all the extra sleep, plus it will profit from the increased energy levels of the genetic upgrades.”

Kim: “That makes perfect sense! Thank you so much, Michael!”

*A.K.A. The Singularity, the Bump, the Galactic Alignment, etc…The moment when the universe aligns perfectly with the Galactic Equator or Core (Dec. 21, 2012)

Signs of the Shift

Mental and Emotional:

• Rapid cycling of emotions, seemingly for no reason
• Feeling happy and joyful, yet short-tempered and easily angered

• Intensification of emotional sensitivity (clairsentience)
• Heightened aversion to negativity and a decreased ability to cope with negative people
• Increased ability to see and comprehend the big picture
• Being able to discern the truth and to see through the facade of illusions
• Needing to live one’s life with complete integrity
• Feeling happy and at peace with who you truly are

Physical:

• Sleepy, tired and drug-out, but also stirred up creatively and energetically
• In need of a break and/or vacation
• Achy (particularly in the areas of the head, lower back and joints)
• Intense pressure in the head, sinuses, eyes, and ears
• Throat discomfort (horse, scratchy, dry, irritated) and coughing
• Respiratory issues
• Acute headaches
• Ringing in the ears
• Increasing eye and ear sensitivity
• Moments of dizziness and vertigo
• Interrupted sleep patterns, peppered with vivid, lucid, and prophetic dreams
• Increased metabolism resulting in a highly active appetite
• Needing to eat something every 3-4 hours in order to stave off nausea
• Inability to regulate body temperature

Spiritual:

• Spiritual ‘Newbies’: A rapid awakening, coupled with an equally accelerated learning curve; a resurfacing of old or past life issues in need of healing
• Seasoned Seekers: A change in mission or feeling like your mission here is complete; loss of interest in previous spiritual pursuits and topics; perceived loss of guides (i.e. angels), coupled with increased self-reliance in all spiritual matters; knowing/feeling that the universe is aligning and that everything is going to work out beautifully; dreaming of what lies beyond this creation

No matter how you are feeling, take heart; this part of the ascension process is nearing its glorious conclusion. In the interim, lovingly care of yourself as you would a precious child, and don’t worry about a thing. Simply enjoy the process as the planets, and all their inhabitants, dance to the music of the Galactic Core.

Well, the big year is upon us! After so much hype, 2012 arrived with a whisper rather than a roar. Then again, its arrival was never the issue. What many prophecies point to is the galactic alignment at the end of 2012. Everyone has his or her theories about year’s end, but this is not the focus of today’s blog post. I want to talk about what is happening now, and look back at the past month.

Sick of the Holidays?

Since my last post, a full month has passed. During this time, Steve and I prepared for Christmas and New Year’s only to spend the entire holiday season alone due to a virulent virus that Steve picked up and then generously passed along to me. Being under the weather made me acutely aware of how many others were also ill during the holidays. Flus and colds are par for the course at this time of year, but what struck me was the intensity and severity of the afflictions coupled with the otherwise healthy nature of the people who contracted these viruses. For instance, Steve’s virus affected his liver, making him look like a Simpson’s character. Not only does Steve ordinarily enjoy robust health, but he has never had a liver issue before. As I came to discover, stories like this were oddly common during this past month. Family members, friends, and neighbours experienced similar health challenges, many of which affected internal organs (heart, gallbladder, liver, etc.) and blood (i.e. anemia from too-frequent menstrual cycles) . Others had virulent purging episodes (vomiting, diarrhea, etc.). Then there were those with infections and respiratory issues (i.e. pneumonia and bronchitis). Even people who remained well complained of fatigue/exhaustion, dizziness/ light-headedness, brain fog, and altered sleep patterns (i.e. sleeping ‘til the crack of noon). Suffice as to say, the past month was physical taxing for most of us, and landed many in hospital. So, what is going on, you might ask?

Purging the Past

My angel friends tell me that we experienced a period of deep purging. Old stubborn emotional wounds were released from the areas of our body where the toxins were stored. That makes sense to me! All injuries, illnesses and pain start as a thought. If the thought persists, it elicits an emotional response designed to get our attention. If we ignore that message, then the chemicals from our emotions begin to move to targeted areas of our body. The physical is the last place where our thoughts manifest, and is the last place where they heal. Once we release the physical issues, we should be free of the past. That leaves us ready to deal with the present and future.

Changing Present Concepts

The angels went on to tell me about the next phase of ascension preparedness: altering our concepts. This is the theme for 2012. We are going to be challenged to expand our beliefs, ideas, and other self-imposed limitations. Essentially, we all live a box. Some people have a very small space, and some have an expansive area in which to dwell. Those who are new to Earth and/or to the Third Dimension tend to start out small, but as they accrue experience, they expand their boundaries. This is an important fact to bear in mind when dealing with younger souls. That being said, I have a strong hunch that 2012 is going to substantially expand everyone’s horizons, if my dreams are accurate. I have foreseen two fascinating events that will completely revamp our collective consciousness. Even so, each of us still needs to work on our own belief system so that we are open to receiving the infinite blessings that creation has in-store for us. 2012 is the year of remarkable transformation, but only if you are open to it. (For those who aren’t, don’t worry! Your time will come when you are ready, too. No one ever gets left behind.)

Other Ascension Symptoms

• Feeling Cut Off from Your Guides: If you’re an intuitive person, then your guides have been happily feeding you information throughout your life. Truth be told, we all receive guidance every day from our loving guides, but many are out of touch with their intuition. No matter which description fits you, we all may be in the same boat right now. I started noticing an interruption in my guidance about two years ago. It came and went without warning, kind of like a radio static. Well, there’s been more static than broadcast messages as of late. Many people tell me they simply can’t hear (see, feel, or know) what their guides are saying, anymore. I sympathize heartily. This ascension business is tough! When I was able to connect with my angels, they explained that every increase in our frequency, or the vibration of Mother Earth, interrupts communication. It’s like trying to listen to your favourite radio station in the car while driving. Eventually, you are forced to find a new station. We are all scrambling to find new stations right now. Plus, as we vibrate at a higher frequency, our guides must move higher and higher.

• Lucid and Vivid Dreams: Pay close attention to your dreams as they hold the key to understanding this whole ascension process. In my case, I’ve been experiencing more lucid dreams. At times, I am actually conscious of being asleep. I’ve also had several prophetic dreams this month, and dreams that felt prophetic but which have yet to manifest. This is significant, I feel, as it demonstrates a unification of my layers of consciousness. I also know I’m in contact with higher aspects of my being and spiritual guides during my sleep, so I don’t discount anything I experience during these times of REM sleep. You shouldn’t either. Plus, this is an effective way to contact your guides, without that static interference.

• Pronounced Crown Activity: For the past week, it has felt like I had an ant’s nest on my head. Steve has begun to experience it as well, and he likens it to fingers caressing his scalp. (I really prefer his analogies, don’t you?) Most of the movement I’ve felt on the right half of my scull. Coupled with that subtle but persistent feeling of movement, there have been times of intense pain and pressure, as thought my scull is being remolded. The angels said, “Bingo” as I wrote that last sentence. Oh great! We’re all getting elongated sculls in the new world. LOL!

I could write more, but I’ll save the rest for another article. It’s an interesting time to be alive on Planet Earth, that’s for sure. Be well, or as well as you can be, my friends.

2012 is upon us and definitely has every one wondering what is going to transpire over the next 12 months. Proverbial lines are being drawn in the sand and many of us are finding ourselves more alone or ostracized than we had imagined. 2012 is the perfect year to symbolize life in the third dimension. On one hand, it is the year of Galactic Alignment, the ending of many cycles and the beginning of new ones as all of creation takes a major step forward. On the other hand, 2012 is also the year of personal ascension. (On a side note here, Kim and I both received a similar message in our dreams the other night; that being that everything is Ascension. As long as we are separate from God and in the process of working towards reunification we are in a state of Ascension. Whether one is moving upwards, downwards, or horizontally through the dimensions does not matter; this is all part of the process and whatever direction one is moving in is not better or worse than another for it is all simply movement towards Home).

The upshot of this is that we cannot make a wrong decision even if we totally ignore the coming year with all its implications for major shifts. If a person tells me that want to stay on this Earth with all its problems then that is their decision not mine. I would simply ask them one question in return: “From where is this decision arising, the head or the heart?” The head (the brain) is an amazing organ – there is no denying that – but the head is also the seat of fear, and fear is not a good basis on which to make any decision, big or small. The heart is the seat of unity, of Love, and one can always trust a decision the Heart makes on its own. That is why I urge people, if they do nothing else over the next few months, to at least learn to enter their heart. Once there they can commune with their higher self and learn what the next step is. It may not be the answer they are expecting or wanting but when examined further they will find it to be the right answer.

A number of things happen when you find your answer. A state of calm knowingness washes over you. Many of the day’s happenings are seen for what they truly are, a diversion; a diversion from the ego’s fear of the unknown. I’m not suggesting we’ll suddenly become geniuses, knowing everything there is to know; rather, we will come to understand that life is exactly what it is meant to be. The heart can help you be proactive and to make your own choices regarding 2012. Your choices will have profound consequences. You may stay in the third dimension to finish your current life experiences, or move onto the fifth or higher dimensions to experience existence in a myriad of ways. Creation is limitless and we are eternal. Our sense of wonder can grow exponentially if we afford ourselves the luxury of making our own decisions, from a place of Love, about the future.

Flying with Joy

Yesterday, we experienced another significant shift in the ever-ascending frequencies: the 12-12-11 alignment. This joyful influx of Christ Consciousness and Divine Love brought many gifts. Here are a few:

Joy, Love and Light Return

My experiences with the energy yesterday were delightful and enlightening. For starters, everyone I spoke with was in a good mood. My own cheerfulness was gratefully experienced as I had spent the past several weeks feeling apathetic, depressed, anxious, angry, sad, and maudlin, for no apparent reason. To be able to laugh, be silly and playful, and appreciate life again was thoroughly delicious. I would have been content with just my good humour, but the 12-12-11 alignment also brought the gift of insight.

Heightened Intuition

Throughout the day, I had moments of great clarity and intuition. For instance, I was talking with my mother on the phone (a delightful conversation…perhaps one of the best we’ve ever had) and she asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I told her my needs were simple and that I didn’t require anything. She then asked what I desired, and I suddenly thought of her beautiful hooked rugs. My mother is an artist whose medium is wool, and her creations are joyful, lively and beautiful. I told her that I would love nothing more than to have one of her hookings. She asked me what kind of design I’d like, and a vision immediately sprang to mind of a mat shaped like a lime green VW Bug with a Corgi hanging out the window. As it turns out, that is the exact design she had sketched for me. For those of you who know I used to do angel readings, this may not be surprising; but, clairvoyance, like any skill, needs to be practiced daily lest it diminish. I admit to having been lax in my practice of late, so this flash of insight took me unawares. That kind of effortless intuitive clarity has been occurring  more frequently.

Galactic Alignment Gifts

Remembering how to fly

The greatest insight came last night as I slept. My dreams have been profound and interesting, and I have been receiving Divine messages almost nightly. Last night’s dreams were more robust and educative. I dreamed I was going back to school as an adult. All around me, fellow adults were streaming out of their houses and converging at a local campus for ‘initiation’ (akin to ‘Frosh Week’, I believe). We found ourselves standing in a spacious field at the center of which lay the Galactic Core, or the centre of the Source Field. Even though this core was invisible to the naked eye, I knew it was there, although my fellow students were unaware of it. Instinctively I moved closer to the core, and as I did thoughts of my walk to school filled my head. I was mulling over transportation options, thinking that the walk was simply too far to undertake daily. As I reached the core, I began to levitate. I realized that I could fly again, and began doing fancy maneuvers. The absolute joy of having my flight capabilities restored caused me to laugh and squeal like a child. Everyone on the field was watching me. They looked like sleepwalkers who had been abruptly awakened. I realized that I had regained my flight because I was thinking about a new form of transportation when I approached the Core. The Source Field reads our thoughts and responds in kind. That’s why it’s so important to focus on what you desire as we approach 12-21-12. On that date, the universe will align with the Galactic Centre and a pulse of energy will upgrade all life everywhere. Whatever you desire, will be given to you. Now how’s that for a Christmas gift?!

Instant Manifestation

My dream continued. I next found myself inside a science laboratory and I realized that I was studying Microbiology and Quantum Mechanics. (In this lifetime, I am an ‘Artsy’ with limited scientific knowledge.) I realized that I had an astounding understanding of the most sophisticated and far-reaching scientific theorems. Coupled with a staggering IQ, I also had a gift for organization. Now, this wasn’t your decluttering type of organization; rather, I understood how to organize the sub-atomic building blocks of life into any form I wished. That meant I could instantly and effortlessly manifest anything I desired. After the Galactic Alignment, you too will remember how to arrange quanta in pleasing structures. That means, should you choose, you will be able to change your appearance daily. You can also build your dream house for free, and then instantly tweak it (add a floor, knock out a wall, expand, repaint, etc.) to your heart’s content. Whatever you dream, you will be able to effortlessly create, and since we all love to create I figure we’re going to feel like kids at Christmas (or whatever joyful event you celebrate).

The Pulse of Life

My scientific discoveries didn’t end there. As I sat in on a lecture, the professor was talking about our inability to measure form. He said that nothing is permanent or fixed; in fact, all life continuously blinks on and off, or in and out of existence. According to him, we were in Time-Space, which is the parallel to Space-Time, the realm in which we find waking ourselves. (Note: In the dream, I was in the other dimension. Based on that, I believe the fifth dimension may be in the parallel dimension of Time-Space. Then again, I could be misinterpreting the dream.) He said that matter constantly flits back and forth between the two realms changing form in the process. The shift back and forth from particle to wave form back to particle is a pulse not unlike the beat of the heart. Our heart blinks on and off creating an electromagnetic field in the shape of a torus, a sacred geometric form, which is the organizing force which holds matter together. In other words, the heartbeat gives life to the biological form. This quantum blinking of matter gives life to all forms throughout the multiverse. The on-off action creates the electromagnetic field that structures and organizes sub-atomic particles in our realm. In the parallel, the pulse creates a magnoelectric field that structures wave forms. (Note: Again, I can’t verify this information. I’m just transcribing what I heard in the dream.) This may make perfect sense to some, and sound like gobbledygook to others, but the gist of the message here is that we will all possess heightened a IQ that enables us to comprehend and work with complex and esoteric concepts such as these once we ascend.

Conclusion

As you can see, the increase in Divine Love and Christed Energy has definite perks! It is helping to show us the Light, so to speak. We are like those students who have been sleepwalking for thousands of years and are now being gently awakened. The truth is far more remarkable than any of us can dream. I know I’m excited to learn more. Are you?

Here is a summary of the recent ascension symptoms:

• Increased need for sleep and naps
• Sleeping more hours but feeling less rested
• Looking and feeling depleted / exhausted
• Weird, vivid, wild and sometimes frightening dreams
• Brain fog / zombie-like behaviour
• Bouts of nausea and vertigo
• Increased appetite and metabolic rate
• Intensification of generalized body aches and pains
• Vibrations or currents of energy running through the body
• Overall happy mood accentuated with rapid and unpredictable mood swings
• Withdrawal / isolation / cocooning
• Homesickness (wanting to return to your spiritual home)

…and here is a quick explanation as to why you might be experiencing these symptoms:

Higher frequency energy is now actively replacing lower vibrational thoughts, moods, actions and manifestations. The difference in frequency is causing old – and I do mean OLD – issues to be brought to the surface. This is the same kind of thing that has been happening for years, only now the issues that are being unearthed are ancient. These could be from your deepest childhood subconscious memories, past lives, in-between lives, or even from the collective consciousness. You may be experiencing bizarre dreams, thoughts or impulses as the old energies are purged. At night, you’re working through many of these issues and so you may oscillate between delicious, dream-infused, deep REM sleep and abrupt awakenings topped with small bouts of insomnia.

Last night’s full moon and lunar eclipse really brought this to my attention. Not only did I purge my issues, but I also tapped into the collective consciousness and helped to heal the most heinous psychosis through Ho’oponopono. (Translation: I dreamed I was in the mind of a serial killer and terrifying as it was, I asked for his forgiveness and I sent him love.) I awoke with my heart racing, drenched in sweat, and had a heck of a time getting back to sleep. Thankfully, I had the good sense to ask the angels and ascended masters for help. They suggested that I help to heal the psychosis of the serial killer because we are all one. The mindset of the killer is a state of consciousness that can be accessed by anyone given the right set of circumstances. So, if we wish to have a happy ascension, then that particular mindset must be healed. I recited the following words as I lay there in the dark, still half terrified:

“I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.”

I kept reciting these words until I calmed down. Not only did I manage to fall back to sleep, but my dreams turned much brighter. This technique really does work miracles. (Side Note: The next time someone or something brings out the anger in you, think of them and recite these words. Within minutes, you will be filled with peace of mind and love for them. Not only that, you both will have received a powerful and cleansing healing.)

Interestingly, both Steve and our dog had nightmares last night as well. Steve also dreamed of murder, and he too was rattled by it. As for Tux, he woke us several times throughout the night with his whimpering. I wonder what part of the collective consciousness he was experiencing/healing? All three of us feel much better today thankfully, so hopefully whatever needed to be released has now been transmuted.

To summarize, it’s not enough to heal yourself; we must also help heal each other so that our experiences at the fifth dimension are positive. After all, we’ll be able to manifest instantly whatever we’re thinking or feeling, so we don’t want to bring any fears with us lest we inadvertently bring them to life in the new world.

Moving your consciousness into your heart

The key to the ascension learning to live in your heart. Our current reality was shaped by our collective minds; now it is time for our hearts to dream a new dream. When you shift your consciousness from your brain to the sacred space in your heart, you discover that the heart creates your reality, not your head. Your heart dreams life into existence and your head reacts to that dream. Learning to think with the heart is the key to mastering the dream. This process is similar to lucid dreaming.

Lucid Dreaming

At night, each of us dreams a great many dreams whether or not we remember. For the most part, our dreams are a product of our subconscious mind processing and cataloguing the day’s events. Occasionally, however, we experience a different type of dream. We have moments of cognition within the dream which allow us to be aware of the fact that we are dreaming. This is the lucidity of which I speak. There are specific techniques for learning to dream lucidly. This is a wonderful skill to hone. When we actively and consciously participate in our dreams, we gain access to our subconscious mind. That gives us greater insight, knowledge, and power, over areas of our life that we normally do not control. Thinking with your heart is like having a lucid dream. It will give you the same degree of control, insight and knowledge over the life you are creating.

Moving into the Heart

In order to think with the heart, you need to shift your awareness or consciousness from your brain into your heart. To do so, imagine your consciousness to be a white orb. It is currently sitting, most likely, in the center of your brain. Allow it to move out of your brain down into your chest and over behind your heart. This journey may happen instantly for you or could take some practice. Once you feel you have moved your awareness to your heart, the next step is to gain entrance. There is an opening in the heart which can be accessed by simply asking the heart’s permission. The heart will open its secret passage to your bubble of consciousness and allow it enter. See or sense your bubble enter the heart and traveling to the secret chamber within. Allow yourself to be guided by intuition and trust whatever guidance you receive. If this method doesn’t work for you, Drunvalo Melchizedek offers another technique.

Sacred Heart Space Experiences

I cannot tell you what your sacred space will look like, nor can I tell what you will experience within it, for your heart’s secret chamber is unique. The best advice I can give is to release all expectation of what you will see, hear, feel, and think while in this meditative space. Simply go with the flow. That being said, people generally fall into one of four extrasensory categories:

• Visual people have it the easiest in that you are able to envision the sacred space within the heart. Still, you may need to ask for light in order to be able to look around.
• If you are a feeling person, don’t attempt to see anything; just concentrate on your emotions, sensations and hunches.
• Auditory people should listen carefully to the sound the heart makes as well as to the wisdom it whispers to you.
• As for thinkers, simply note your thoughts, ideas and moments of inspiration while visiting the sacred heart space.

Just to give you an idea of what a sacred heart experience might be like, I will share with you my own experiences. Before I do so, I must emphasize that everyone is unique and your sacred heart space will reflect that individuality. In other words, don’t compare your experiences with mine or anyone else.

My secret heart space resembles a  small, rectangular studio apartment. The room all is white. In fact, the more I access the room, the whiter and brighter the room becomes. Light streams in from above through a stained glass sky light. The main wall is completely devoted to a giant picture window. There is a comfortable white leather coach facing the window. This is where I sit and contemplate life. The window visually answers my questions and allows me to peer into the past and future. I can even travel into space via the window. On the adjoining wall, there is an opening which resembles a door laying on its side. It can only be accessed by laying on the ground and rolling in through the opening. Whenever I do so, I end up in an open sarcophagus inside the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid in Giza. The ascended master Thoth is always waiting to teach me something new. I wrote about some of my lessons with Thoth in a previous article.

Heart Thinking

Contrary to what you might imagine, the heart doesn’t see the world through rose-coloured glasses. It is very perceptive. Unlike the head, the heart cannot be flattered or coerced into seeing things through someone else’s filter. The heart has an unwavering integrity which demands nothing less than complete authenticity. The heart knows what is truly in your best and highest interest, and so it will give you one clear answer per question. It’s very peaceful knowing the truth and not having to listen to conflicting chatter. There is one thing I will warn you about, however; your heart may ask you to do or say things that push you well beyond your comfort zone. If it does, just know that you are being realigned with your soul’s purpose. It may scare you, but it will bring you greater joy and fulfillment eventually. Also, the heart may shatter some old illusions. Depending on how entrenched these ideas are, and how attached to them you have become, the process can be quite uncomfortable. Just know that this too shall pass. We all experience discomfort whenever our belief system is challenged. That reaction is your ego talking. The heart knows infinitely more than the ego and it has a greater perspective on life than your earthly persona ever will. That’s because your heart is connected to All That Is whereas your ego is only aware of this particular Earthly creation. Once you make a permanent move to the heart, all that ego attachment is severed and you are now free to expand your consciousness as far and wide as you wish.

That being said, I just wanted to share with you what I have learned thus far, and to show you how this ascension differs from our previous experiences:

Planetary Ascension

Instead of this being an individual undertaking, we now have the opportunity to experience a planetary ascension. That means Mother Earth will activate her ascension vehicle, the MerKaBa, and carry us into the fifth dimension. In every conversation I’ve had with her, she is excited to be able to ferry her children to our new home. She loves each and every one of us completely and purely, and wants us to be happy. All you need to do is stay in your heart, and connect your heart to Mother’s. She will know from that connection what you truly desire.

For those of you who have your heart set on an individual ascension, this option still exists. You may choose to ascend at the same time as the planet, or go early. Your soul will know what is best for you when the time is right.

Earth’s Helpers

Ours is not the only planet that will be ascending. All life everywhere is going to be transformed. Interestingly, our little world plays a key role in the ascension process. Earth and her inhabitants have been tampered with extensively by beings who did not observe the tenants of Free Will and Non-Intervention. The influence of beings who sought to manipulate and control has been counterbalanced by plenty more who love and care for us, and whose protection we’ve been under for decades, or longer. Consequently, we have more “off-world” help than any other species. They help diffuse the negative effects of self-serving dark workers, along with aiding us with our ascension process. I think it’s fair to say that Earth is a focal point or catalyst for the ascension.

Division in Timelines

While many will be moving to the fifth dimension, there are plenty who will opt for another third dimensional experience. Some will choose the same kinds of challenges as they faced in this lifetime, while others will opt for a more harmonious creation. Others still will return to their higher dimensional homes from which they came to assist Earth with her ascension. These folks include starseeds, incarnated angels and ascended masters, along with interdimensional guides and teachers. When the shift happens, timelines will diverge, and each of us will be free to follow our heart’s true desire.

Accelerated Ascension

Those of you who lived in Atlantis know, on a soul level, that your consciousness accidentally descended during the last Precession of the Equinoxes. Understandably, many of you are leery of this upcoming Shift. Worry not, for despite the fact that the archangels can’t tell us exactly how the ascension will unfold, they are confident it will succeed with flying colours. Not only will you ascend, but your ascension will be accelerated because you are returning to a level of consciousness with which you are already very familiar. In fact, once you regain your ‘lost’ wisdom, you will soon be ready to ascend even higher.

So, while there is more fear surrounding this Shift, there is also a great deal more assistance than ever before. Resist giving into the fear. Stay in your heart and your ascension process will be beautiful.

Imagine your ideal world

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

Einstein, for all his brilliance, claimed the most important human trait or gift was imagination. He knew it was imagination that transported one from the realm of facts and figures into the realm of infinite possibilities. In the quote above one may ask, from a left brained viewpoint, “How am I to know the frequency of what I want when there are infinite frequencies? Do I have to keep trying each frequency until I find the one that resonates with me?” To experience every frequency would require more than one lifetime and, even though we are eternal beings and could do this if we wished, there is an easier way. This is where imagination comes into play. Imagine the reality you wish for and begin to live as though that reality was right here and now, for in truth it is. The naysayers will tell you imagining something does not make it real, therefore imagination cannot be as great as you claim. In rebuttal I offer the following:

A man goes to a Fortune Teller and receives the message his house will sell within the next year. A year goes by and the man sees the Fortune Teller again and angrily says, “You lied to me! My house never sold!”

“Did you put your house on the market?” the Fortune teller asks, to which the man replies “No”.

“Then how was anyone to know it was for sale?”

Rather than sitting around doing nothing, the man had to take action for his house to sell. He had to take on the responsibility for selling his house. Similarly, when it comes to the reality you want you cannot wait idly around until it magically appears. You have to create your own reality. No one else can do it for you. The first step is to imagine this reality. Imagine it with every fiber of your being. Believe and see this reality in your heart and then take on the responsibility of making it happen. You have the power to do this if you do not give your power away. If you quit before you achieve your reality then you have given your power away. The first Harry Potter book was rejected over two dozen times before it was finally published. Ms. Rowlings could have given up, but she did not. She believed in the story her imagination had concocted and she took the responsibility to see that story published. In earlier articles, I stressed the importance of the line from Spiderman: “With great power comes great responsibility”. Power and responsibility are one in the same, and each needs the other to be fully realized. It is through imagination that this realization can be manifested. When teamed up with imagination they form a trinity that is undeniable.

We are approaching a time when we will end up in a world of our own making. If we believe the world will be destroyed on or around Dec. 21, 2012, then we may manifest disaster, whereas if we believe that we, and the world around us, are evolving into something better, then that is what we will achieve. There are an infinite number of timelines in which everything manifests, and you alone are responsible for the world you end up in. Take the responsibility of imagining your ideal world, then couple it with the power of the love in your heart, and you will manifest the world you want. The choice is yours.
