Well, the big year is upon us! After so much hype, 2012 arrived with a whisper rather than a roar. Then again, its arrival was never the issue. What many prophecies point to is the galactic alignment at the end of 2012. Everyone has his or her theories about year’s end, but this is not the focus of today’s blog post. I want to talk about what is happening now, and look back at the past month.

Sick of the Holidays?

Since my last post, a full month has passed. During this time, Steve and I prepared for Christmas and New Year’s only to spend the entire holiday season alone due to a virulent virus that Steve picked up and then generously passed along to me. Being under the weather made me acutely aware of how many others were also ill during the holidays. Flus and colds are par for the course at this time of year, but what struck me was the intensity and severity of the afflictions coupled with the otherwise healthy nature of the people who contracted these viruses. For instance, Steve’s virus affected his liver, making him look like a Simpson’s character. Not only does Steve ordinarily enjoy robust health, but he has never had a liver issue before. As I came to discover, stories like this were oddly common during this past month. Family members, friends, and neighbours experienced similar health challenges, many of which affected internal organs (heart, gallbladder, liver, etc.) and blood (i.e. anemia from too-frequent menstrual cycles) . Others had virulent purging episodes (vomiting, diarrhea, etc.). Then there were those with infections and respiratory issues (i.e. pneumonia and bronchitis). Even people who remained well complained of fatigue/exhaustion, dizziness/ light-headedness, brain fog, and altered sleep patterns (i.e. sleeping ‘til the crack of noon). Suffice as to say, the past month was physical taxing for most of us, and landed many in hospital. So, what is going on, you might ask?

Purging the Past

My angel friends tell me that we experienced a period of deep purging. Old stubborn emotional wounds were released from the areas of our body where the toxins were stored. That makes sense to me! All injuries, illnesses and pain start as a thought. If the thought persists, it elicits an emotional response designed to get our attention. If we ignore that message, then the chemicals from our emotions begin to move to targeted areas of our body. The physical is the last place where our thoughts manifest, and is the last place where they heal. Once we release the physical issues, we should be free of the past. That leaves us ready to deal with the present and future.

Changing Present Concepts

The angels went on to tell me about the next phase of ascension preparedness: altering our concepts. This is the theme for 2012. We are going to be challenged to expand our beliefs, ideas, and other self-imposed limitations. Essentially, we all live a box. Some people have a very small space, and some have an expansive area in which to dwell. Those who are new to Earth and/or to the Third Dimension tend to start out small, but as they accrue experience, they expand their boundaries. This is an important fact to bear in mind when dealing with younger souls. That being said, I have a strong hunch that 2012 is going to substantially expand everyone’s horizons, if my dreams are accurate. I have foreseen two fascinating events that will completely revamp our collective consciousness. Even so, each of us still needs to work on our own belief system so that we are open to receiving the infinite blessings that creation has in-store for us. 2012 is the year of remarkable transformation, but only if you are open to it. (For those who aren’t, don’t worry! Your time will come when you are ready, too. No one ever gets left behind.)

Other Ascension Symptoms

• Feeling Cut Off from Your Guides: If you’re an intuitive person, then your guides have been happily feeding you information throughout your life. Truth be told, we all receive guidance every day from our loving guides, but many are out of touch with their intuition. No matter which description fits you, we all may be in the same boat right now. I started noticing an interruption in my guidance about two years ago. It came and went without warning, kind of like a radio static. Well, there’s been more static than broadcast messages as of late. Many people tell me they simply can’t hear (see, feel, or know) what their guides are saying, anymore. I sympathize heartily. This ascension business is tough! When I was able to connect with my angels, they explained that every increase in our frequency, or the vibration of Mother Earth, interrupts communication. It’s like trying to listen to your favourite radio station in the car while driving. Eventually, you are forced to find a new station. We are all scrambling to find new stations right now. Plus, as we vibrate at a higher frequency, our guides must move higher and higher.

• Lucid and Vivid Dreams: Pay close attention to your dreams as they hold the key to understanding this whole ascension process. In my case, I’ve been experiencing more lucid dreams. At times, I am actually conscious of being asleep. I’ve also had several prophetic dreams this month, and dreams that felt prophetic but which have yet to manifest. This is significant, I feel, as it demonstrates a unification of my layers of consciousness. I also know I’m in contact with higher aspects of my being and spiritual guides during my sleep, so I don’t discount anything I experience during these times of REM sleep. You shouldn’t either. Plus, this is an effective way to contact your guides, without that static interference.

• Pronounced Crown Activity: For the past week, it has felt like I had an ant’s nest on my head. Steve has begun to experience it as well, and he likens it to fingers caressing his scalp. (I really prefer his analogies, don’t you?) Most of the movement I’ve felt on the right half of my scull. Coupled with that subtle but persistent feeling of movement, there have been times of intense pain and pressure, as thought my scull is being remolded. The angels said, “Bingo” as I wrote that last sentence. Oh great! We’re all getting elongated sculls in the new world. LOL!

I could write more, but I’ll save the rest for another article. It’s an interesting time to be alive on Planet Earth, that’s for sure. Be well, or as well as you can be, my friends.

That being said, I just wanted to share with you what I have learned thus far, and to show you how this ascension differs from our previous experiences:

Planetary Ascension

Instead of this being an individual undertaking, we now have the opportunity to experience a planetary ascension. That means Mother Earth will activate her ascension vehicle, the MerKaBa, and carry us into the fifth dimension. In every conversation I’ve had with her, she is excited to be able to ferry her children to our new home. She loves each and every one of us completely and purely, and wants us to be happy. All you need to do is stay in your heart, and connect your heart to Mother’s. She will know from that connection what you truly desire.

For those of you who have your heart set on an individual ascension, this option still exists. You may choose to ascend at the same time as the planet, or go early. Your soul will know what is best for you when the time is right.

Earth’s Helpers

Ours is not the only planet that will be ascending. All life everywhere is going to be transformed. Interestingly, our little world plays a key role in the ascension process. Earth and her inhabitants have been tampered with extensively by beings who did not observe the tenants of Free Will and Non-Intervention. The influence of beings who sought to manipulate and control has been counterbalanced by plenty more who love and care for us, and whose protection we’ve been under for decades, or longer. Consequently, we have more “off-world” help than any other species. They help diffuse the negative effects of self-serving dark workers, along with aiding us with our ascension process. I think it’s fair to say that Earth is a focal point or catalyst for the ascension.

Division in Timelines

While many will be moving to the fifth dimension, there are plenty who will opt for another third dimensional experience. Some will choose the same kinds of challenges as they faced in this lifetime, while others will opt for a more harmonious creation. Others still will return to their higher dimensional homes from which they came to assist Earth with her ascension. These folks include starseeds, incarnated angels and ascended masters, along with interdimensional guides and teachers. When the shift happens, timelines will diverge, and each of us will be free to follow our heart’s true desire.

Accelerated Ascension

Those of you who lived in Atlantis know, on a soul level, that your consciousness accidentally descended during the last Precession of the Equinoxes. Understandably, many of you are leery of this upcoming Shift. Worry not, for despite the fact that the archangels can’t tell us exactly how the ascension will unfold, they are confident it will succeed with flying colours. Not only will you ascend, but your ascension will be accelerated because you are returning to a level of consciousness with which you are already very familiar. In fact, once you regain your ‘lost’ wisdom, you will soon be ready to ascend even higher.

So, while there is more fear surrounding this Shift, there is also a great deal more assistance than ever before. Resist giving into the fear. Stay in your heart and your ascension process will be beautiful.

Since midday, I’ve been mulling over ideas for my next blog post. Then, moments ago, a  colleague contacted me via Facebook to inquire about the back pain she’s been experiencing, and I knew this was the topic upon which the universe wanted me to focus. Like me, my friend has been experiencing back pain since the evening of 11.11.11. That got me thinking about the cause. I carry a lot of old stress and pain in my lower chakras, as I assume most people do. The day-to-day mundane concerns associated with life in the third dimension are all rooted in the first three chakras. We worry about money, or lack thereof; physical and emotional security, and sense of self along with other ego issues, just to name a few. These persistence concerns accumulate with time, and can flare up in the form of back pain whenever something tips the balance from stability to stress. It literally takes one proverbial straw.

I found myself wondering what aspect of the 11.11.11 energy shift caused us stress. Was it the uncertainty of not knowing what would happen, or did we have expectations that perhaps were not met? This is when I realized that pain seemed to follow most shifts in energy. I asked my angels why that was. They explained that the spirit lightbody is vibrating at progressively higher frequencies, and that the physical 3D form has a hard time synchronizing each time we shift. When the vibrations are not in sync, they lose resonance causing us physical discomfort. As the vibrational discord continues, there is physical stress on the body. The waves emitted from the higher self conflict with those of the lower body, causing a breakdown in form. This is when the pain becomes acute, as it has been for me since yesterday morning.

If you have been experiencing similar symptoms, take heart…literally. The key (pun, intended) here is to focus your energy in my heart, which is where the higher and lower frequencies meet and harmonize. It also helps to ground yourself to Mother Earth, or to your home world if you’re a starseed. At the same time, open your crown chakra up to Father Sun and let the solar energy transform and transmute your physical body. If that doesn’t work, ask your body for a message regarding the pain so that you can truly release it. More times than not, what we need to do is forgive and forget. Ho’oponopono is wonderful for this. Whatever the message is, think of the person involved, and recite the following as many times as need be:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Let go, and let God. Ascension doesn’t need to be painful. (You hear that, body?)

Wishes really do come true!

Manifestation is the magic that results from focused intention. This energy that you are tapping into when you are manifesting is the energy within you. This means picking things that are completely within in your scope of plausibility. Do not try to manifest something in which you yourself have a hard time believing. Manifesting your desires is a process like muscle building. The ability gets stronger the more you do it. Starting with small requests and working your way up to larger more significant manifestations, will help increase your confidence in the process. You need to prove to yourself that you can actually manifest your desires.

Manifestation also requires a great deal of faith because it invokes the magic of creation. You’re going beyond the limitations of your five senses and so you must believe in something bigger than you, something mysterious, something beyond comprehension. Nothing requires more faith than trying to be a creator because you are actually now working in the realm of infinite possibility. In order to manifest your desires you have to believe in your ability to manifest. Perhaps one of the biggest mistakes that we make when we start manifesting is that we undermine the process. We inadvertently negate our requests by repeatedly asking for the same thing. Ask only once and then make room in your life for that request to manifest. Multiple requests indicates a lack of faith. Hold the space as though it is already part of your life.

Another factor to consider is that you cannot manifest that which does not match your vibrational level. To create abundance, try manifesting with beauty. Think happy thoughts; be grateful for what you already have, and see the beauty that surrounds you here and now. Then will you become a vibrational match for that which you wish to manifest. Don’t plead or bargain with God or the universe for things (i.e. “If I win the lotto, I promise I will donate money to charity.”) Manifest instead from a place of deservingness, otherwise your attempts to justify your desires will translate into a lack of self-worth that will in turn undermine your faith in your manifesting abilities. This bargaining technique ensures you are not a vibrational match for your desires. After all, feelings of inadequacy, powerless or fearfulness are not in alignment with Creation. Also, thinking about what you don’t want while hoping for something better only brings disappointment. To attract and create happiness, you must think positive thoughts. See solutions, not problems. What you think defines who you are, so it is you who makes your own luck. Embrace yourself as someone who is lucky and you will, in the process, become someone who is indeed lucky.

Once you have created your vision, detachment is the next step. Manifest your dreams from a place of desire, not need. Desire flows from spirit, whereas need is born out of ego’s false perception of lack. Detach from the need and attach to your dreams. You are a divine creator! Your detachment allows the universe to fulfill your desires. You have to let go and let God. If you find you aren’t willing to release control, go back to step one and do whatever you need to do in order to boost your faith.

Next, you must live your life in gratitude. Express a desire – do not justify it – and then live as though it has come true because, on the thought plane, it already has. Once you believe it has manifested you will be filled with gratitude. Living in a state of gratitude hastens the process and it amplifies the results. If you do not feel grateful, then you are not a vibrational match for your creation, and it will not know how to find you.

If you follow these guidelines, your desires will surely manifest. It’s spiritual law. But if you still need help, you can call on your Guardian Angels, the Archangels, your Spirit Guides. I also like to enlist the help of the manifestation specialists known as Runner Guides.

Q: Every morning, even though I get up at 5am, I always wake up to look at the clock, which says 4 :19. What does this time mean?

A: Time, like any number sequence, can be easily interpreted simply by examining each digit. Here is a handy guide to knowing what the numbers mean:

1 – One is the first number, so it represents a beginning. You are just getting started. Watch your thoughts. Everything that you are thinking is taking root and starting to manifest. Keep your thoughts on a positive track so that you attract to you your desires in lieu of your fears.

2 – Two is the number of partnerships, so it means your ideas or creations are starting to come together. You’re on the right path. Don’t lose faith. All the elements necessary to fulfill your dreams are coming together now.

3 – Three typically pertains to the Trinity or to the union between the Divine and humanity; therefore, it represents the ascended masters, specifically the master(s) to whom you feel most closely drawn. Jesus, for example, is an ascended master. So is Buddha, Quan Yin, Kuthumi, Afra, Lady Nada, Melchizedek, and many more.

4 – Four has great stability, therefore it represents the angels. When you see this number, know that the angels are with you! All is well. You are safe and loved. Your angels have heard your prayers and are helping you.

5 – Five is an unpredictable number so it represents change. But fear not! The changes that are coming are both positive and healthy. Open your heart to the new blessings that await.

6 – Six is the number of balance and of humanity. Think, for example, of the Merkaba, a six-sided sacred geometrical shape that points upward to Spirit and down to Earth. It is a reminder to balance your material concerns with your spiritual understanding. This number will appear when material items or needs are foremost on your mind, such as money or a lack thereof. Remember: “So above, as below”.

7 – Where six represents the human condition, seven represents Spirit. This is, therefore, truly a lucky number. When seven appears, it means you are on a roll! Keep going for you are on the right path.

8 – If you tilt the number eight on its side, it looks like the infinity symbol, so this number represents the endless flow of the universe. In simpler terms, it stands for abundance. You are manifesting effortlessly now.

9 – Nine being the last number in the sequence represents endings, or the culmination of all your hard work. You are at the pinnacle of a phase of your life. For Lightworkers and Earth Angels, it carries further meaning. If you have yet to discover the meaning of your life, you may well see a lot of nines. This number is telling you to find your purpose and to fulfil it!

0 – Zero represents the Void. Within the Void, nothing exists but God, therefore seeing zeros means you are connecting with God.

So, in answer to your question, the 4 represents the angels; the one symbolizes beginnings and positive thoughts, and the 9 denotes endings and life purpose. Put those three elements together and the message is: “We, your angels, are waking you up to the fact that one phase of your life has ended, whist another is beginning. Don’t look back at the past. Instead, focus on the present and plan for the future with positivity. We are here helping you, so you have nothing to fear. And if, in the process, you discover a greater purpose that comes to you in the form of a desire to assist humanity and Mother Earth, then pursue this path! We will be here with you every step of the way.”

Q: I have seen very, very often I would say twice a day the hour 11:11 on the clock radio, computer, microwave – what is that sign telling me?

A: 11:11 is the number sequence that receives the most inquiries. That is because it holds within it a powerful awakening code. If you break down the sequence into single digits, you have four 1′s. 4 is the number of the angels, and 1 is the number of beginnings. When the number 1 appears, it signifies that you are beginning a new phase of your life. It is important therefore to keep your thoughts positive. A series of 1′s, as in this case, strongly emphasizes the point. The moment you see 11:11, stop and be aware of thought process. If your thoughts are not on a positive course, say, “Delete” to erase your negative mindset, and then think of something positive that you would like to manifest. Seeing 11:11 every day is a steady reminder from your angels to remain positive. The same applies to its counterpart 1:11. Since this sequence contains three 1′s, it is connected to the Ascended Masters. The meaning of both is the same: you are planting the seeds of your future and the soil is very rich. What you think, you will become, so ensure you are only thinking about things that make you happy. If you are a lightworker, 11:11 holds further meaning. This pertains to the ascension, or the spiritual evolution of humanity. 11:11 is the awakening code that is designed to stimulate your spiritual understanding of your life’s purpose. It’s telling you to wake up and remember who you really are. See through the illusion of the fear, and move into your heart chakra. The world needs your loving guidance in order to help us make this monumental shift in human consciousness. Lightworkers are here to change the paradigm of competition and lack to oneness and love.

Q: I’m a big believer in the Law of Attraction – and lately I’ve been trying to get control of my budget which I overspend – they say that spend the money as if you already have it – if you focus on having enough you’ll get it in abundance. I’m always having problems with having enough.

A: The problem with manifesting money to control your budget is the fear of lack that is sabotaging your efforts. You cannot manifest successfully from a place of need because that energy is rooted in lack consciousness. Instead of focusing on your needs, look to your desires. Need flows from your human mind whereas desire flows from spirit. Don’t try to manifest money to pay off debts and bills; joyfully focus your energy on prosperity and abundance. See yourself having fun with the resources that you will surely attract. Don’t worry about lack in any way, but do be responsible with your personal spending. It’s important to realize that manifesting money doesn’t mean spending what you do not currently possess. Racking up debt in an attempt to simulate prosperity only exacerbates the fear of lack. Budget your money wisely, and then treat yourself to something you desire with the reasonable amount that you have allotted for personal spending. Know that you are safe and loved, no matter what may happen to you in this physical realm, and release your anxiety to the angels. With time, you will start to see a steady increase in your personal resources. As your fear of debt and lack decreases, your ability to manifest will increase proportionately.

Answer: Life on Earth is like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Each of us has a unique puzzle piece to place. That piece is our life path. It is essential to the overall picture. No other piece of the puzzle will do, even the pieces that have a similar shape, colour or design. Only you can place that piece and only you know exactly where it goes. Trying to force your puzzle piece into the wrong spot will damage it and disrupt the neighbouring pieces. It will also bump someone else from his or her true spot in the grand scheme of things. The right path in life, therefore, means following your own counsel. No one apart from yourself knows what precisely the right path is for you.

How then do you find the right path?

- Live your life with impeccable integrity. Be 100% authentic. There is no substitute for YOU.

- Do what makes your heart sing and which fills you with irrepressible joy. Happiness is a laughing matter!

- Follow your joy even if it scares you. Call on Archangel Ariel, the Lioness of God, to give you courage and confidence. She helps people such as yourself whose life purpose is that of a teacher and healer.

- Speak only the truth, but first filter that truth through your heart so that your words are loving, not hurtful. This will allow you to explain your choices with quiet assuredness to your family and friends.

How do I open up? I get so far, and then I shut everything down. I think my left side is far stronger than my right side. – Anne M.

Answer: That’s a common hurdle for all of us, Anne. Unless you have dedicated your life to finding inner peace, then your left brain is going to be wildly overdeveloped in comparison to your intuitive right brain and your heart. Humans have long since forgotten how to live their lives in harmony with spirit. Our amnesia about our origins and our ego-based fears, have kept us enslaved to the myth of the left brain superiority. Thankfully, we are experiencing an awakening of unprecedented proportions that is helping to reactivate the Divine Feminine on our planet. This, in turn, is helping to spark deeply buried memories of our own divinity. We’re starting to remember that we are more than what we know through our five senses. Many of us are beginning to explore the landscape of our female right brain for the first time. But, having not listened to that half of our being for so long, we are finding the process to be challenging, if not almost impossible. Here are some techniques to strengthen your intuition and to harmonize the two halves of your brain:

- Meditate: The benefits of meditation are endless. They are also scientifically documented. This is the single most powerful avenue to explore. Just don’t put too many expectations on yourself in the beginning. Think of it as training for a marathon. You’re not going to run a two-hour race in the beginning. Just start out small (i.e. close your eyes for a minute and listen to your slow, rhythmic breathing) and gradually work your way into longer meditative sessions.

- Create: The right brain is the part of you that channels inspiration. When you are writing; drawing or painting; or composing or playing music, you are in spirit. Channeling that energy activates your right brain and helps to stimulate activity in that hemisphere.

- Music/ Sound: Play a singing bowl or a brain wave CD. These sounds help to synchronize the two halves of your brain.

There are images in my doors at my house. My kids and I have noticed them. On my door towards the garage the image looks like a angel. But the other doors i n the bedrooms changed at times and I cannot recognize what they are. Also the one in my bedroom the closet door is a image of a young man. Could you please tell me what is going on in my home? – Lisa R.

Answer: There is much more to life than what meets the eye…usually. Once in a while however our eyes attune themselves to a different frequency and we are able to perceive glimpses of other realities. It’s no coincidence that you are seeing images in doors as these represent the doorways of consciousness. Our consciousness is attuned to the world we see around us, but we are not the only occupants of this world. We simply cannot see the others because we are not on the same wavelength or frequency as them. We have always shared our world with many life forms, so this is nothing new and is, therefore, not to be feared. The only thing that has changed for you and your family is that you now perceive what you previous did not.

The angel on your door signifies that you, your family and your home are all being watched over by angelic protectors. Your guardian angels, and the angels of your children, fill your home with divine light and love. This is not wishful thinking. Your angels are very real. They are your invisible best friends, and like a good friend, they are always nearby to comfort you when you feel down, to watch over you at night, and to love you every day. Typically, you are unaware of your angels because they don’t wish to interfere with your Earthly experience. Their job is to stay in the background, watching over you and sending you subtle messages. Sometimes, however, as in the case of the angel apparition on your door, you need a stronger and clearer sign to boost your faith. This occurs either when you have been under a great deal or stress, or when you’ve actively worked on opening your Third Eye chakra, thereby strengthening your clairvoyancy, or psychic sight. Your children are naturally gifted in this regard so they do not have to work at seeing angels.

The image of the young man, along with the shift images that you cannot clearly identify, signifies that you are now attuned to communicating with non-corporeal humans, people who have left this Earthly plane. They’re very much alive as there is no such thing as death. When we leave our bodies we merely leave this realm of consciousness, much as you awake each morning from your dreams. Of course the choice to communicate with those who have crossed over is entirely up to you. If this holds no interest for you, then kindly ask these souls to find another medium through which to relay messages to their loved ones on this side. You can also call on Archangel Michael to form a protective cloak around you, your children and your home. That way, you will not be disturbed by these images until, or if you ever are, ready to pursue that avenue of spiritual development.

Q: Does everyone have a Spirit Guide?
A: Yes. In addition to guardian angels, we also have spirit guides, but unlike guardian angels who are with you from birth to death, a spirit guide could be someone you knew in this lifetime. It is possible therefore to acquire a new spirit guide mid-life (i.e. your beloved father who passed away). Both a spirit guide and a guardian angel have the same purpose: lovingly watching over and guiding you.

Q: What is it like to be clairvoyant?
A: It’s a bit like watching a show. The flashes I have look like movies in my head. They could easily be confused with imagination. Then again, who is to say that what you imagine doesn’t have some basis in reality? When we imagine something, we’re actually tapping into a universal, collective pool of memories and thoughts. Everyone has access to it. That is truly where inspiration lives. So, in that ‘database’ of archetypal images, rich in symbolism, lies information about our past lives and our future potential. When I am performing an angel reading, I ask the angels to bring me the information I require. At other times, the information simply comes to me unbidden. These are the times my sub-conscious mind connects with the higher realm of knowledge and downloads images in a flash. Children do it all the time and are, therefore, naturally psychic. It’s a gift we all possess, but as we grow up, our logical, human left is cultivated almost to the exclusion of our intuitive, spiritual right brain. That leads to an imbalance, and causes us to deny our psychic gifts. We literally talk ourselves out of believing in our abilities. With practice though, everyone could regain this gift. It’s possible to experience psychic flashes every day, and it’s important to realize that this is 100% natural. To deny it would be like wearing a blindfold and pretending you cannot see. What would be the point of that? You were created with the gift of sight and you are exactly as God intended you to be.

Q: Do your past lives come to you in dreams?
A: Yes! During deep sleep, our human brain fades into the background while our eternal spiritual mind becomes fully activated. In spiritual form, we are not limited by time and space. All events occur concurrently. Secondly, there is no such thing as death; therefore, your spiritual being has only one life. These previous incarnations are simply part of the same spiritual lifetime. You are therefore able to experience both past and future events while dreaming.

Q: Was I famous in a past life?
A: Chances are you weren’t famous but that doesn’t mean you weren’t accomplished. Even the most ordinary life contains extraordinary lessons.

Q: When I paint, I feel like I’m not painting alone. Is someone is guiding me?
A: The ancient Greeks wrote about muses, Goddesses of creativity who inspired artists, authors, musicians and the like. These Divine forces of creativity are still available to us today. When painting, you are using your right brain, or your spiritual mind, to channel inspiration. The word inspiration means to be ‘in spirit’. You are drawing in spiritual energy when you are creating so yes, you are being guided. Another explanation deals with past life information. In your past, you were an accomplished painter. Your ability to paint therefore is a latent talent that is stored in your sub-conscious, or rather super conscious, mind. It’s not uncommon to feel that you should be able to sing, dance, write, or draw, and yet not be able to produce satisfactory results. That happens when the logic, human mind interferes with the timeless spiritual mind and blocks the flow of creativity.

Following that experience, Kim had her own encounter with harmonic resonance. As described in her June article, Kim journeyed to the Crystal Palace where angels gather to produce a beautiful and healing harmonic resonance of sound through song. Kim and I shared our individual experiences with other and were amazed at the synchronicity. But the ‘coincidences’ do not stop there. A few days later I read an article that suggested evolution is not as black-and-white as once thought. Rather than adhering to the survival of the fittest notion, it suggested that nature is “cooperation for mutual benefit synergy”.  The article went on to further capture my attention with the following passage:

“Dr. Susumu Ohno of the Beckman Research Institute in Duarte, California converted the chemical formulas of living cells into musical notes. He found by doing this that the molecules from different bodily areas each had their own musical melody, some even bearing an uncanny resemblance to the works of great composers…When the process was reversed, converting musical notes from a funeral march by Chopin into chemical equations, he discovered entire passages identical to a cancer gene found in humans…Ohno noted from this that a healthy body creates a living symphony of musical harmony, while an unhealthy body produces dissonance similar to a dirge.”

This article by P.M.H. Atwater left me feeling completely awe-struck as it affirmed for me that everything is truly interconnected. Now that I more fully comprehend the connection between music and health, I think it’s vital that we all incorporate into our daily lives some peaceful, calming, harmonic music in order to help heal our body at the cellular level. An alternative would be to find a mantra that you can chant or sing. My favourite is: ‘Om Mani Padme Hum’. Books have been written about the meaning and benefits of this simple mantra. Speak, chant or sing these four words aloud or internally and feel free to change their cadence as the mood strikes you. Make them part of your meditative or relaxation techniques and allow their harmonic resonance to flow through you. It’s easy and free, and the benefits are many. Try the above or another mantra for a few weeks and see how you feel. Remember you have the music in you.

Overcoming Obstacles

If you have been taught that life is hard and then you die, take the angels’ word for it: nothing could be farther from the truth. Life is about jumping over hurdles, yes, but those hurdles are what make life interesting. The trick is not to get stuck. If you don’t clear the hurdles, try again. If you keep trying and nothing is working, by all means give up. By ‘up’ I mean give it to Spirit. Picture yourself handing your stress, pain and fear up to the angels and say, “Please take this from me. I can’t handle it.” You can also give your worries to God, Mother Earth, or whatever spiritual being you wish. Surrendering control to Spirit means giving up all need to direct the outcome. Come what may, you must go with the flow. Detach from the outcome and see where Spirit leads you.

Talking with Angels

In order to talk with the angels, I must surrender my need to control the process. When I am in my left brain and feeling really stressed, I can’t hear the angels. Ironically, that’s when I need them the most; however, needing the angels isn’t enough. I must let go and detach completely from the process. That means I must vacate the analytical part of my mind and drift over into the intuitive, creative right-brain. In effect, I must halt the flow of energy to my Type-A mind and direct the flow instead to the Type-B hemisphere. The right brain is the receiving part of the mind. Its passive, open and trusting nature allows messages to flow in unimpeded. It picks ups signals that the logical left brain often can’t comprehend. Certainly, the left hemisphere is suspicious of the origins of said messages and will do its best to mock and shun whatever revelations come from Spirit. The process of talking to angels therefore involves suspending the disbelief of the logical brain long enough to receive and transmit the messages from Spirit.

Ascension

During the ascension process you will come to see that the ego-driven left-brain brain seldom produces happy results. As recollections of your authentic being awaken, you may find yourself in a life that feels foreign to you. You are, in effect, remembering how to be a powerful spiritual creator, one who understands the value of surrendering control as a key step in the creation process. Perhaps you are fighting your true nature at work or at home, or maybe your relationships no longer feel rewarding. Resistance to these thoughts will only cause you grief. Instead of fighting these uncomfortable revelations, go with the flow. Turn yourself around in the river of life, and let the strong current carry you downstream. To do this, follow your heart and your intuition instead of your ego and your logic. Even if your left brain mocks you or fills you will notions of dread, surrender to the process. This is the only way to break free from the pain and fear, and to co-create a life of happiness with the Spirit of love that surrounds and supports you.
