Just sit right back and you’ll hear a tale,
A tale of a fateful trip,
That started from this tropic port,
Aboard this tiny ship.
Now, any of you who are older than forty years of age probably recognize these words immediately. For those of you too young enough to recall, or those not exposed to 60’s TV in Canada, these are the opening lines from Gilligan’s Island, a sit-com about seven castaways on a small tropical island which began in 1964 and ran three or so years. It was a simple comedy that made people laugh. As we grew older and watched reruns of the show, the inevitable jokes began. A predominant one was, “If the Professor was so smart, why could he not fix the hole in the boat?” After all, it was miraculous what the man could do with the flotsam and jetsam the tides brought to the island and yet, with all his ingenuity, he could not fix a simple hole in a small wooden boat. Of course, as viewers, we know he is not meant to fix the boat. He fixes the boat, the castaways get off the island, and the show is over. Then we are left looking for something else to fill that time gap. Herein lies the nemesis of television: how long to allow a show to run its course? Unfortunately, here in North America we do not understand the principle of allowing a show to die with dignity. Depending with whom you are talking, there are varied answers for this, greed often being credited as the main motivating factor. This may or may not be a valid reason, but I believe there is a deeper factor than just money. (How naive can I be?!?)
Whether I am being simplistic or naive, I believe the problem lies in ‘filling the gap’. We, as a culture, have become obsessed with the notion that we should always be doing something, or else we are wasting precious time. Ironically, the last fifty years have introduced us to an incredible array of gadgets that really are a marvel but which allow us to waste time at an incredible rate. Even when we become dissatisfied with the latest gadgets we often buy others in our quest to fill the gap. This idea of constantly ‘doing’ is so engrained in us, that people who have spontaneously awoken to the conundrum of always ‘doing’ and begun to walk a more spiritual path may ask, “What can I be doing to help speed up the process of enlightenment?” The answer can be perplexing and less than satisfying. This answer is found in the title of this piece: Wei Wu Wei. Simply put, Wei Wu Wei means, “to do without doing”. Put another way, it means simply to be…to be in your space; to be in touch with who you are.
There is meditation, self reflection, yoga, tai chi and countless other ways to discover who you really are. The key is not to try to find yourself, for even you have set or preconditioned ideas of whom you are. We are told our whole lives who we are and it can be quite hard to ignore a lifetime of conditioning. There exists a meditation that helps you focus on the gap (space/time) between each breath rather than the breath itself, but it really does not matter how you obtain the gap. Once you get there, removed from all external influences, what you will find is unique. Without even looking, you will discover the authentic YOU. This ‘new’ discovery will bring you peace and happiness because everything will feel so right that you just accept it. With this acceptance you will find that the discombobulated pieces of your life will start to fit together in harmony. All this will happen without you doing anything other than being still long enough to meet the real you.
So, just sit right back and enjoy the gift: the gift of Wei Wu Wei, the gift of YOU!
In love and light,
Steve

As the angels promised, a wave of love blanketed our planet on February 14th thereby helping a heart-based consciousness to take root. The energy came peacefully and without fanfare in the wee hours of the morning as most lay sleeping unaware. Even though it didn’t feel the way I had anticipated, I was intrigued by the new energy. It felt ‘loamy’ like a fine top soil, rich in nutrients and ready for planting. It also appeared light and frothy, as though it was buoying our souls, creating a barrier between us and the heavier, denser energies of the old third dimension. This energy blanket immediately began helping our new ideals to germinate and take root.
Valentine’s Day was selected as the arrival date so as to ensure the energy was infused with our loving thoughts. Archangels Chamuel and Raphael sent the pink wave of unconditional love with the intention of elevating everyone’s root chakras from the base of the spine to the heart. The red hearts associated with Valentine’s Day gave us the visual clues we needed to achieve this monumental energy shift. (Red is the colour of the root chakra, and the heart shape represents the heart chakra.) For instance, in the weeks preceding the wave of love, a scene from the movie ‘Julie and Julia’ kept playing in my mind. At a Valentine’s Day party hosted by Julia Child, the dinner guests had giant red hearts pinned to their chests. Inspired by this joyful scene, I gave out heart-shaped Valentine’s Day cards, adorned our table in red-on-red hearts, threw a Valentine’s Day dinner party, ate lots of cinnamon hearts, purchased a heart-shaped rose quartz crystal, went out to dinner, and celebrated at a Valentine’s house party…and I still feel like celebrating the love!
Despite this beautiful wave of love encompassing our planet, many people are still experiencing a cycle of highs and lows. Old issues are cropping up in need of final purging and healing, and we feel exhausted because this intensive healing is taking most of our energy. I have been sleeping 9 – 12 hours per night and living in my pajamas most days, only getting dressed when I have an in-person angel reading. I am also ravenously hungry but, despite consuming more calories and exercising far less, I haven’t gained weight. Obviously, the healing process is burning off the calories. I’ve also developed quite the sweet tooth this month. For the past several months, I’ve had an intense craving for salt, but this month my taste buds began craving sugar. The salt craving indicated that I was stressed out, whereas the sugar craving indicates my desire to feel good.
Aside from having old emotional triggers extracted from me, I noticed that, for the first time in my adult life, I feel no stress. No stress! This is an almost inconceivable notion. Many of us run on high octane stress and so our nervous system is always on high alert. That, in turn, fuels our energy levels. Once the stressors are removed, however, the nervous energy also dissipates. So, many people mistake the symptoms of ascension with those of the flu, while others assume they are suffering from SADD or a vitamin deficiency. In actuality, they are noticing a profound lack of stress and, in its absence, a feeling of peaceful relaxation that is mistaken for exhaustion. As for those who actually do contract the flu, they are allowing their bodies to purge in a different fashion, while at the same time enjoying a much deserved rest.
In conclusion, the message this month from the angels is to “go with the flow”. Honour your body’s need for sleep and extra calories. Cut back on your commitments and give yourself time to retreat and relax. Don’t push yourself to keep going when your body tells you to stop. If you do contract the flu, understand that it is helping to purge your system of old toxins as well as forcing you to slow down and rest. Remember though, you don’t need to suffer through the flu if you honour your body’s instincts. Most of all don’t panic when old triggers are reactivated. Think instead of a dentist extracting a tooth. Imagine that most of the tooth came out, but that it has very deep roots which remained embedded in the gums. These roots run deep and they carry old trauma and toxins within them. As painful as it may be to have them removed, it is necessary for your healing. Once the roots are plucked out, the pain will stop and the healing will begin. You must allow the old triggers to be rooted out of your sub-conscious so that you can ascend to a higher, heart-based level of consciousness. Don’t fight the process. Just go with the flow.
In love and light,
Kim

How often have we heard the phrases ‘Life is the greatest gift of all’ or ‘if you do not have your health you do not have anything’? Unfortunately, there is something in the human psyche that allows us to dismiss these phrases with little or no consideration. They are just pleasant platitudes to be ignored as each of us tries to carve out our corner of existence. Once we are a success then we will have time for such leisurely thinking. Therein lays the rub, for what is the definition of success? Ask one hundred people and you will probably get close to one hundred different answers. Many measure success on monetary and/or material criteria; criteria that omit the ‘human element’ of existence in the never ending quest for more and better things. Before I get far off topic as I can so easily do, I bring this topic up in response to a disturbing trend I have noticed in my energy work. During the sessions I will get messages for people. Often the most basic message I receive comes towards the end of the session when I am prompted to tell the person that they are a good person. If the session is in-person, the person I have just told this to will blush profusely, drop their eyes being unable to look me in the eye any longer and, turning their head, will ask in a hushed voice, “Why would you say that?” One would think I had just accused them of being a horrible human being guilty of some horrendous atrocity. If the session is a distance one and I tell them they are a good person in a follow-up e-mail I often get quite a long or strident reply as to why they are not a good person.
I find these responses quite distressing. Life is a gift. Life is a miracle however you want to define miracles. Whether you believe we are here by accident or that we are here because of a great Divine plan that supersedes anything that we have yet to truly comprehend, you cannot escape the magnificence of life (I believe in the latter just to be clear). Each one of us has beaten the odds to be here. Each one of us is a unique individual. We all share commonalities that come from being Homo Sapiens but we are unique in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual make up. We are united by our capacity for love and we are separate in how we express love. We are individuals in this realm, here for reasons we may or may not understand, but we are here, we are unique, and we are having a uniquely human experience. This should be enough for our self-esteem. Couple this with the fact that we are having this experience in a vast, intricate, diverse web of life here on the planet Earth and the Earth itself is part of an even greater web of life, the universe, then we should be euphoric to simply be alive. We should be happy with ourselves to have made it this far; by extension, we should then believe in ourselves and our innate goodness.
Of course this is easier said than done, so here’s a good exercise. Make a list of your positive attributes and a list of your so-called negative attributes. Better yet, have a family member or a good friend help. How they see you may be a surprise for they will point out good traits in you that you may take for granted. I say this because along with Chios Healing I do EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). In a nutshell, at the beginning of a session people state all the negatives they see within themselves; as the session proceeds they state all their positive attributes. Not surprisingly, they struggle here but, with a little help from me, their list of positive attributes grows. They may be kind, a good listener, or willing to share. They may have a talent that makes them and others joyful. They may be gentle or loyal. The list can go on and on; your own list can go on and on too, but you will not discover this if you do not explore your inner landscape through both introspection and honest discussion with friends and loved ones.
Take the time to make yourself a priority. Make your list of positive attributes big or small and work on it for as long as you need. Read it every morning when you awake or before you fall asleep. Read it when you are feeling sad, depressed or lethargic. Read it until you believe it. Read it until you believe you are worthy of the gift of life; because you are, and you are a GOOD person.
In Light and Love

The Cessation of Stress and the Rooting of New Energy
I am very happy and relieved to report that I am feeling much cheerier, and am back to my usual optimistic self, even if I don’t have the energy to fully express my joy. I know many of you feel the same way. The fluctuating energies of ascension can be exhausting! Despite being able to shake the utter blackness that enveloped me in November, perhaps understandably I’ve lost much of my capacity to cope with stress; but, instead of looking at my diminished tolerance for stress as a curse, I see it as the gift it is. I am finally honouring my emotions instead of fighting them. As for my feelings of lethargy, I am embracing them too. This pervasive fatigue has been with me since mid-December, and while I feel as though I slept-walked my way through the holidays, I really did have a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s.
The good news is we are in an anchoring phase. That means the roller coaster of emotions ride is coming to a halt. Aside from the fatigue, I’m finding this new energy to be very ‘centering’. It’s allowing me to reconnect with my higher self, the part of me that knows what is best for me, and that part is saying: “Follow your body’s signals. Sleep when you are tired, eat when you’re hungry, and say no to commitments that drain you.” That is truly the best advice the angels and I can pass along to you right now. Just go with the flow. Follow your inner wisdom, for no one knows better than you what is in your highest interest. Enjoy this reflective period. Give yourself the time and space to reconnect with your soul’s energy. Find your personal path and follow it unapologetically.
My angelic guides tell me that next month a huge wave of love will blanket the planet. This new energy will arrive on Valentine’s Day (how apropos!), carrying our consciousness into the 5th Dimension. This loving energy will help our energy to take root in the heart chakra. We will, in effect, be phasing out our first three chakras (roots, sacral and solar plexus). These are the energy centers in us that emphasize separation. Our root is about our survival, the sacral deals with our emotions, and the solar plexus is our perception of self along with our intellect. As we leave those energies behind in the 3-D realm, we gain a greater sense of oneness with All That Is.
Light vs. Dark
Even though everything is starting to settle down, I know many of you are still wading through the heavier energies of the previous months. Since we all progress at our own rate towards our own unique destination, this variance in ascension levels is completely normal. I don’t wish to leave anyone behind so I am going to talk a bit about the heavier, chaotic energies that are affecting many of you now.
As much as I prefer to be a resolute Pollyanna, all the sunshine in the universe cannot mask the fact that there are those who create darkness on our beautiful planet. We live in the world of form, after all. This 3-D existence allows for co-existing light and dark energies. To give you an example of coexisting dark and light energies, many Lightworkers are struggling with debt, doubt, and fear. There is a pervasive blackness that refuses to budge despite our best efforts to emit light and love. All seems well on the surface. To many, it would appear that our lives are happy and fulfilled. Why then does it sometimes feel as though a dark and fearsome menace lurks in the shadows like a rabid wolf, waiting to pounce? The answer lies in the shifting focus of our collective energies.
Our energy spins like a vortex. As the Earth’s vibrational speed increases, the lower energies are being thrown off. Anything that is dark and heavy belongs in the 3-D realm. It simply cannot exist in the 4th and 5th dimensions of light. That darkness contains the sum total of human fears. I see what looks like black marble-sized balls of negativity ricocheting off everything and everyone. When Lightworkers get hit by these balls of negativity, we’re thrown for a loop. If we get hit by multiple balls at once, then we feel like we’re under attack. Add to that, many people struggle to preserve the status quo. They worked hard to achieve their successes in life and thus are not willing to allow for a shift in energy lest they lose their power. Some may go so far to as to use their energy / thoughts like weapons. These psychic attacks can feel very unpleasant when they occur. You may be experiencing the fall-out of this heavier energy if you notice the following symptoms:
- Intense, blinding pain that erupts quickly and without any apparent cause (i.e. lower back pain, headaches)
- Rapidly cycling feelings of depression, despair, anxiety, anger and apathy, all without any real cause.
- Suicidal thoughts and an intense longing to return Home.
These symptoms erupt seemingly without cause, and disappear just as mysteriously, lasting roughly 48 hours. Instead of being fearful, there are two sure-fire ways to replace the negativity with light:
1) Ask for help: The negativity that envelops you will try to black out communication with your spirit. If you are like me, then you may find that you cannot hear or see your angelic guides during an attack. If this happens to you, it is vitally important that you do not isolate yourself but instead reach out to ‘light-minded’ friends and family members who can help put things into perspective for you. Remember, the feelings that you experience are not your own. They are like a virus that invades your psyche. Instead of panicking, simply think of the negative onslaught as you would a bad flu. Take care of yourself and let others care for you too. Together, we lightworkers will get through this.
2) Don’t fight it: Love it instead! I made the mistake of trying to shield myself with defenses. That only intensified the pain. That is because you cannot fight something without making it stronger. Where your attention goes grows. A better approach is to surround yourself with the energy of light and love. Envision yourself inside a rose-coloured bubble of pure, spiritual love. See it filled with a bubbly energy, much like pink champagne. The bubbles are golden and the energy is very frothy and light. Nothing can permeate that love but love itself. As you think about and feel love, you create and attract more love. Envision your family, your home, your possession and your workplace in beautiful pink bubbles of love. Know that love is truly the best protection because it brings your energy into perfect alignment with Source. That in turn attracts to you everything that you desire. Your needs are perfectly met at all times.
3) Think Positively: No matter how many images of despair bombard you in the course of a day remember that love is the perfect answer to every woe. Do not dwell on the negative. Others may try to polarize us, but they cannot succeed if we all stay true to our spirit. The epic battle between good and evil is as old as time. Fortunately, we have a golden opportunity to avoid a full-out battle this time. Instead of fighting the dark forces, we simply need to awaken enough lightworkers to elevate the level of consciousness on our planet from a fear based, bi-polar realm to a heart-based, enlightened one. The true battle is one of enlightenment. Return to your source. Follow your heart. Be happy. Love freely. Be true to yourself. Stay in the light!
In light and love,
Kim

November 26th, 2009
November has been a challenging month. Each of us, including Mother Earth, is going through a process known as Ascension. We are increasing the vibratory rate of our energy field in order to match the higher frequencies of Spirit. To put it in simpler terms, think of a radio dial. We are in the process of changing stations from the lower end of the radio dial to the higher frequencies. Since Spirit communicates on a higher wave length, your new attunement will improve your ability to receive messages from the Other Side. This improvement in Spirit communication will help us all overcome our feelings of fear, isolation, confusion, anger and sadness by providing us with unconditional love and Divine guidance.
Lightworkers are on the leading edge of this accelerated evolutionary shift. They are fulfilling their soul’s purpose by helping to bridge the gap between Heaven and Earth. This change, while incredibly beneficial, is also stressful. Everyone is feeling a degree of anxiety or a sense of anticipation. For ultra-sensitive Lightworkers though, this shift can feel like an out-of-control roller coaster ride. I know this to be true as I have felt the effects firsthand. I would like to share my experiences with you:
The week of Nov. 11 – 17
The latest phase of ascension started with the shift in energies on November 11th. A new influx of higher energy permeated Earth’s thick atmosphere and began to break up the palpable negativity at a molecular level. I remember feeling phenomenally energized that day.
Then, Friday the 13th rolled around. I am not superstitious, so the date did not bother me; however, this was one Friday the 13th that I will not soon forget. I awoke to a feeling of dread. To say I was upset would be an understatement. My logical mind couldn’t comprehend the reason for my soul’s angst so it externalized the fear by focusing on my debts. I developed an almost paralyzing fear of lack. This in turn caused me to pray to the angels and God to just take me Home. My angels told me that I had to be brave and tackle my fears.
On Saturday, I found myself arguing with my angels, I finally realized that everything in life truly happens for a reason. Good or bad, it is all part of our soul’s growth. You have to be able to see through the pain and fear in order to find the lesson. Once learned, the pain and fear disappears. By naming your fears, you minimize and ultimately let them go. It also helps to realize that it is not your fears that make you unhappy; it’s your inability to look them squarely in the eye and not flinch. Being able to talk about my fear of debt instead of hiding from it actually gave me the power to fix it. I started thinking up creative and fun ways to generate money instead of dwelling on the concept of lack.
After being plagued with insomnia once again (I’ve not slept well since the last influx of energy on 9-11) I awoke at 2 a.m. on Monday, and proceeded to have an emotional meltdown. I felt like I was trapped inside a living hell. All my old demons were bubbling to the surface. I was bone-cold despite turning the heat up and running my space heater full blast. I couldn’t hear or sense my angels at all. Thoughts of suicide were running through my mind and I was begging God to take me home. This went on for 48 hours or so, with me cycling through a different emotion every minute. I lay on the coach and cried; or rather, tried to cry. I couldn’t muster enough enthusiasm. I just felt wretched, angry, frightened, abandoned, and full of despair. I even felt possessed by a lower entity and, at times, I thought I was having a heart attack. My heart was racing so fast I couldn’t breathe. I was a wreck.
The week of Nov. 18 – 25
On Wednesday, sanity returned once more. I did a thorough clearing of my energy along with a space clearing. That, coupled with a good grounding meditation, worked wonders. I then filled the house with the light and love of God, saying over and over again, “I am a perfect child of God. I am of the light. I am in the light. I radiate light. I AM the light!” I felt 100% better. This clarity of mind ushered in new understanding. I realized that I had spent the past two days purging old negativity from my cellular memory. I was literally burning off old karmic debt in order to move to a higher vibrational frequency. In other words, I was letting go of the old (dark / negativity) in order to embrace the new (light and love).
Come Thursday, I was feeling invincible! Instead of breaking me down, the turmoil of the past week only made me stronger. In the morning, I had a vision of being a clear quartz crystal. Inside, I was filled with a sparkling rose-coloured light (Divine love) that resembled pink champagne. The bubbles were actually angel energy. Surrounding the crystal was a bright sphere of Divine golden light. The light would rhythmically pulsate, sending sonic waves outward in all directions, breaking up negativity at a molecular level.
Sunday and Monday were really trying days for me. I felt the anxiety and stress welling up inside me, and once again I was feeling trapped, vulnerable and powerless. In the darkness I called out for help. That is when the Goddess Kali answered. I found myself re-energized, strengthened, fortified and readied for battle. Kali is the Hindu Goddess of eternal energy. She embodies time and change. Her image is one of dichotomy. She epitomizes death and destruction while at the same time exuding nurturing, motherly energy. I found myself clothed head-to-toe in black and carrying Goddess stones in lieu of my ethereal angelic crystals. At first I was confused by this change in energy. Then it occurred to me that the Goddess Kali was helping to break down the old energies in order to make way for the new. Destruction is a vital phase in the process of ascension.
Today I feel better and more even-keeled. I am still receiving emails from Lightworkers in distress though, so I know this bumpy ride isn’t over yet.
My Advice to You
The degree to which you feel the effects of the ascension depends on your level of sensitivity. No matter how intense or mild your symptoms, it is vitally important that we band together. Don’t let fear destroy your happiness. Communicate with others. Reach out, share your experiences, and ask for help. Don’t suffer in silence. Even if you don’t understand why you feel anxious, talk about it with a friend. Chances are you’re not alone! Don’t fear the darkness. It’s bound to the light in perfect balance, like the yin-yang energy of our duality. Remember, it is always darkest before the dawn. This phase will soon pass.
In love and light,
Kim

November 26th, 2009
Once again it is time for my article for the newsletter and I am literally amazed at how quickly November is passing by. For a second I thought my bubble meditations were producing opposite results from those I had intended
, but, as a vast number of people are also commenting on how November is flying by, I can push that thought out of my head.
I was originally going to use this space to rant against the latest blockbuster (quite literally) 2012. I’m certain it is a marvel of special effects and action shots best appreciated on the large screen but, as for validity, I am appalled by how far it misses the mark. The true meaning of 2012, quite simply, is the culmination of spiritual ascension for those who are open and ready for the next step in our evolution. 2012 is a doorway or portal into the fifth dimension. This window of opportunity is open to everyone alive today and many of us are actively working on our own preparation as well as helping others get ready. Many people are noticing changes and shifts in the world around them. As a living organism the Earth is also ascending. People are noticing a difference in themselves at their very core without being aware of what is happening or its significance.
Here are a couple quick examples:
- A friend of mind plays in a Heavy Metal band and is troubled by bouts of feeling two dimensional. His creativity in his music, writing and thinking, abandons him without warning.
- Another friend, a devout follower of Islam her whole life, is suddenly questioning her faith and not in a positive way that will allow her to grow as a spiritual human being, but instead in a more negative, almost self destructive way.
- I, myself, have daydreamed of abandoning my path despite being overjoyed to have finally found my path after almost fifty years of searching.
- Others are telling me they are having mercurial mood swings for which they have no explanations, and they worry as these swings are often accompanied by anger, sadness, fear and depression that seem out of proportion to the events triggering them.
As I mentioned above, the Earth is also under going her own shift and, as all our energies are interconnected, we are feeling the effects of the earth’s shift along with our own; a double whammy so to speak. This is nothing to be alarmed about and, with the right frame of mind (and heart), these shifts in the paradigms of our world can be taken in stride. I am aware there are some of you thinking, “How can he claim to be of ‘right mind’ while seriously discussing portals to another dimension?” But hear me out, for the answer is eloquently simple. We are all Children of the Light. We have free will. We can choose light over darkness, love over fear. When you are feeling irrationally irritated, angry or depressed, stop and take stock of the situation. Remind yourself you are a Child of the Light. Center and fill yourself with Love and Light. Do a grounding meditation or whatever meditation works for you. Forgive yourself and others for slipping into the human habit of being reactive rather than proactive. There is nothing so dark within us, or the world, that the Light cannot penetrate and disperse. Accept the fact you have a soul, and allow it to shine. If you do not believe this will allow you to ‘ascend’, believe that it will make your life a much happier and rewarding experience for yourself and those around you.
Namaste,
Steve

2012 represents a spiritual shift in the planetary energies. This influx of higher energy will help to elevate the collective consciousness of the planet and everyone on it. 2012 is therefore a date to be celebrated and not feared. I designed a line of giftware to help spread the word and to counteract the fear perpetuated by the movie 2012.

Part One - Neuroplasticity
As a species one of our greatest gifts is our ability to adapt to almost any situation no matter how extreme. I read or heard not too long ago of advice given to victims of childhood abuse; advice that stressed forgiveness. The reason being, everyday an abuse victim allows the abuse to define him or her, he or she is perpetuating the abuse. This can be applied to anyone who has suffered at the hands of another and is not limited to the young. Forgiveness allows a person to move on. Sounds simple enough yet at the same time is very difficult to put into practice. How does one exactly move on from such a traumatic event?
Growing up in the 60’s and 70’s I heard more times than I can remember what a marvelous machine the human body was. Technology was sweeping the world from the Space Program with the ability to look beyond ourselves to the discovery of quirks and quarks and the world that existed deep within us; inside the tiny the atom. The human brain was compared to a computer, often being referred to as a super computer that ran the entire human machine. The comparisons developed easily as technology was being incorporated into every aspect of our lives and there were countless machines doing the work once done by men and women. Somewhere in our awe of and enchantment with technology we left behind our self respect as well as a respect for the natural world.
It turns out that our brain is not just a supercomputer or machine, but is a living adaptable organism capable of rewiring itself, changing its structure, shape and mode(s) of operation. There is no machine or computer yet invented that can approximate these amazing feats. The reason the brain can do this is due to neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity allows the brain to adjust or adapt to the events life throws at it. New neuro-pathways can not only be created by the brain but they can be created in areas of the brain where they did not exist before. This is an incredible ability that we are only beginning to understand. For the victims of abuse or for accident victims this knowledge offers hope of recovery and a better life.
What this also points to is a reversal of the all too prevalent idea that people are flawed, be it from a religious viewpoint or a technological one. People are not perfect, and I do not know anyone who would argue that they are, but people have tremendous potential. The human brain with its natural adaptability through neuroplasticity allows for unlimited possibilities. One of these possibilities is the idea of humans being the vehicle through which the soul can have a physical experience. Now there are some of you thinking ‘here he goes again,’ but bear with me as this is a neat little segue (if I do say so myself) into the second part of this article.
Part Two – Clearisy
Clearisy, according to Kim’s angels, is defined as the ability to live beyond, or outside of, time and space. Sound like something out of science fiction or something just ‘plain out there’? In a way I guess it does, but this in no way negates the possibility of its existence. Our souls live this way naturally and we can do it as we sleep and dream. The trick is the ability to do this while we are awake and in our physical form. We all know time is relative. When we are bored time drags; when we are excited time flies. Have you ever been in a car accident? Events appear to occur in slow motion. You could be travelling 100 kilometers per hour, and the accident may occur in a matter of seconds, yet the perception of time suggests otherwise. So time is relative and not set in stone as we are taught to believe.
From here we can think of three dimensional space as a ribbon running through eternity. Above this ribbon is a second ribbon, time. Time is necessary for events in physical space to make sense and to acquire meaning. The term for these two ribbons is the space-time continuum and it is prevalent in both science and science fiction. The two are not inexorably connected as one may think or be led to think as one wanders around in physical space. As we blunder along in this day and age one of the biggest complaints we hear is that there is never enough time. It does not matter what the time is needed for there is just never enough. Technology, which was supposed to free us from our mundane time-consuming chores, has merely substituted new time wasters in their place. We still, it appears, do not have enough time. This is merely appearance.
I now ask you to consider Neuroplasticity and clearisy, and to take a new and different look at our concept of time. When we are shown a timeline or graph, the present is often shown as a dot on that line. The dot can be today, a year, a decade or a minute and we see it as a solid point. For convenience sake, let us consider the dot as a minute. The minute is not solid as it is shown. It has a beginning and an end. There is a space or interval in between and this space is malleable. Clearisy is the ability to not only understand this, but to also get inside the individual minute and expand it, thus creating more time. How is this possible you ask? Allow your brain to reconsider what it thinks it knows and to consider the unknown. Our galaxy is a bubble created by our sun through the emission of light and solar winds (radiation). What we do with clearisy is create our own bubble of the present. We climb into the minute and by channeling light and love through our Heart Chakras into the minute we cause it to expand. This expansion forms a bubble which pushes outward in all directions. By doing so, the bubble gently pushes the ribbon of time away from the ribbon of three dimensional space and the ‘present’ or ‘now’ within the bubble then lies in the realm of eternity and is free of the space time continuum.
Sounds bizarre, I know, but I ask you to try this as a meditation and see what happens. Try it more than once; give it a chance. Keep note of the time you begin the meditation and the time you return. While in the bubble, create - write a song, a poem, a chapter of a book that may take you hours normally - and see how short a time this takes in the bubble. Keep an open mind, think outside the envelope and you may be greatly surprised by the results. (I would greatly appreciate hearing of your experiences).
In Love and Light,
Steve
Just another bubble boy!
